Great location for Malahide Castle & surrounding areas. Beautiful well maintained house both inside & outside. Private car parking. Quiet area. Welcoming hosts. Good size spotless bedroom with plenty of storage space. Comfortable beds with good quality bedding. Will return again & highly recommend this B&B.

Last minute booking as my flight was delayed and I needed a place close to the airport as I had an early flight. The host was just so incredibly accommodating and kind. The room was newly redone and the bed was so comfy. Great hot water but it must just be an Ireland thing with the very low water pressure. Other than that highly recommended.

Jim met us on arrival and gave us a very good orientation to our room as well as recommendations for dinner. Having a car would have made things easier, but he was most helpful in booking a cab for us for our morning trip to the airport. Also good insight on what time we should leave. Our room was very clean and tidy. It was a warm night so it felt a bit close, but that is the way in Ireland. As our booking was last minute we felt very lucky to stay at such a nice spot . Next time we’ll come a day early and visit Malahide. It looked lovely. Also - make a reservation for dinner.

I stayed at Jim and Maura's B&B on the tail end of my vacation in Ireland, and I am delighted to say that my stay here was a true highlight. The hosts are genuine and kind folks, and were exceptionally accommodating. I stayed in a lovely room, with an incredibly comfortable bed, and a beautiful view. This location was just a short walk away from Malahide Castle and Gardens, and the downtown district, where there are lots of cute cafes and restaurants. I felt incredibly safe and cared for while staying here, and it's all because of Jim and Maura's thoughtfulness. I'm so thankful I found such a gem!

Fantastic experience all around. Jim and Maura were perfect hosts. The location is central to the airport, downtown, Malahide all within 15-20 minutes. The rooms were super clean and quiet. We liked it so much we booked another night at the end of trip!

Ended up searching for accommodation close to airport. Of all the B and B’s we stayed at, this one was very poor value. It was small and cramped and overpriced at 135 Euros per night without breakfast. Most check outs are 11 am this one was 10.30 We left early anyhow. The Malahide Castle is wonderful and we enjoyed a continental breakfast there. The best I can say is it’s clean and quiet!
