Visited the place with Family.Superb location ,right on the beach, u wake up to the sound of waves.Rooms are clean and well maintained,They have a nice sit outdoor area with coconut trees. U can enjoy ur tea bfst sitting below the coconut tress .Great place to relax.They have a mess right behind their homestay which serves delicious homemade fish thali.would like to thank the owners also for their hospitality n their prompt service.Would surely recommend the place to every1 who want to relax n enjoy the beach.

Great location , clean rooms , 24x7 hot water, amazing view from room , comparatively less crowded beach than tarkarli. For Lunch and dinner you have to visit nearby restaurants which are in walking distance , you get homemade breakfast and tea in the morning and evening at hotel.

If you are looking for a calm and relaxing family vacation, Mayekar holiday home is the place!!i have no words to describe about the location, right in front of the serene Chivla beach..stayed in red house which has best view of sea..this holiday home is run by a highly educated couple Prasanna and Nilima Mayekar, who understand their guests requirements well!! delicious malavani breakfast, tea and that too enjoying by sea, what else you need!! Clean AC rooms, comfortable bed, Swift service, Home made lunch arranged in their neighborhood.A perfect Combination of Nature and Luxury!! Price is also reasonable.. highly recommend Mayekar holiday home!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mayekars Holiday Home in Malvan. The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. We had a very good stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent. The homestay in is exactly in front of the Chivala beach, ambiance was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

The place is bang opposite the cleanest beach in Malvan. The owner makes a world of a difference with your stay. The food is excellent and the owner will take care of your every need to the best of his ability. Highly recommended.

With Mayekar’s Resort, we had One of our best holidays experience at our hometown Malvan. The venue is bang on the beach with direct scenic views and soothing sound of waves from each rooms. Service staff is super supportive and efficient. A perfect destination for exotic and family friendly stay at Malvan beach.

We stayed at mayekar homestay for 4 nights. It was great experience for us. Mr and Mrs mayekar are very friendly and helpful polite couple. Our accommodation was red house...which has 2 specious rooms with big varanda overlooking beautiful chivla beach. The host served us with yummy breakfast ghavne chutney,poha,upma. In addition to this special thanks to Mr arun...the very efficient hardworking caretaker of this property who was always there to fulfill our needs anytime. I will highly recommend this homestay for those who plan to visit chivla beach

The Property is located on Chivla Beach Malvan, Locations is easily accessible. Booked 02 Rooms for 02 Nights in their newly constructed White House Block. The owner Mr Prassana Mayekar is very co-ordial & helping nature person, he made all arrangements for water sports activities on nearby Chivla Beach also guided us to local places. Although we have not tried the food but breakfast is good. Thanks to Mr Mayekar & Caretaker Arun ji.
