The staff were very helpful and great hospitality

The staff at this hotel is FANTASTIC. I have met several people in the staff that have made this a great stay. First there is Dipa, Imane, and Mayoosha at the Breakfast Buffet area in the morning. They are great, very kind, and make good espresso drinks! Then there is Vivian who works hard in housekeeping. She does a great job and is very pleasant to talk to. Then in the evening, there are the great folks at the Lounge, Sheila and Ashiq who go out of their way to provide a welcoming experience. Since I got here the front desk has helped me out with most things I've had issues with. The Gentlemen that do the Valet area also great. Hassan, Arsla, Khalid to name a few. They are always smiling and welcoming me out or back. BUT I give this hotel only 3 stars for a few specific reasons. I stayed at this hotel during the 2024 Olympics and this hotel does NOT have the ONE CHANNEL in Bahrain (BeIn Sports) in the room that is broadcasting the Olympics! They have it in the bar only. I am staying here for over 2 months and I CANNOT take my breakfast to-go from the buffet. I think they should allow for longer-term guests to take a reasonable amount of food away. Oh, But I will say the breakfast food is GREAT! They cook eggs very well. The Gym is tiny and it is for 2 Hotels, The Meridien and the Westin. They have so much room in the Spa Lobby right outside the gym, where there is nothing but open seating, but the gym itself is tiny; there is not enough room for more than three people in the free weight area. The last reason is nit-picky, but Everything is dark-colored. This in the rooms and in the common areas.

The service was so excellent thanks to Ms vivian who cleaned my room 1014 to the way I wanted it the ementies were good and Vivian was working in silent not making too much noise in the room with a smile on a her ...................I will come back..

During my stay, housekeeping got me a new mattress which was very comfy, special thanks to their housekeeping staff, specially Leticia who did a marvelous job. Very nice hotel to stay in, connected to the mall for easy access. Thank you Westin, thank you Leticia.

It was the best experience ever the house keeper Vivian was so kind and friendly she was so happy to while cleaning my room with a very good smile ……..so happy about this hotel cleanness……and the mall was so good to visit too the food was good too…

Anusha Khan, exhibited the above-mentioned attributes, but she went even further. She strived as a Chef to prepare and present her craft, food service, in such a manner that customers would feel respected and valued. Anusha Khan makes Westin a favorable place to revisit as well as recommend Westin City Centre to others. I travel the world and the experience and comfort here at The Westin Ceiy Centre has been the best I've experienced by and far! The staffing at the front desk were welcoming, the valet was extremely professional, and the maid that cleaned my room, Ms. Vivian did a fantastic job everyday. The room was maintained above standards, the bedding was always neet and tidy, fresh towels, coffee, I cannot say enough about Vivian. Truly, a valued employee!! I will return to the Westin Bahrain City Centre on all of my trips back to Bahrain. Thank you for making me feel like I was returning home daily.
