Great
GGuest UserThe bed is not comfortable and sunken. There is no elevator at the reception lobby to our bedroom located at the ground floor. The service is not up to the expectation, toothbrush and slippers only provided for one person despite we booked for 2 persons. When I requested for my one more slippers, the guy from housekeeping literally opened our bedroom door to deliver the slippers while we were in the room . That was very rude and unacceptable. He should have knocked on our door wait for me to open the door rather than coming in to our room without permission.
XXiexinhuiThis hotel is right in the city center. There are several attractions nearby, which can be reached by walking. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There is a rooftop lounge on the top floor of the hotel, but it was too cold for us. The accommodation experience in the hotel is very good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. We also chartered a large car from the hotel for a day trip to Bahrain. The overall experience was very good.
SSulimanExcellent hotel but bad experience with the hotel management. Drilling and siren sound during Eid holiday really unprofessional and indicates lack of management planning. I hoped they can value their customers more often. In my two night stay I had the worst sleep ever.
GGuest UserThe service at check in was wonderful, but at checkout out was dismissive and uncomfortable.
If you’re looking for a quiet evening, this is not the place. However, if you are looking to enjoy the nightlife, this is a good location.
The room was beautifully presented however the a/c was either exceptionally cold or, if you elected to switch it off, condensation literally ran from the walls.
A nice enough and affordable hotel with some concerns. I would still consider staying again at this price point and location.
IIuliia-RebelThe location is convenient. The first room we had was a connecting one, and our neighbor snored all night. Plus, the beds felt like sleeping on the floor. We wanted to leave, but the guy at the front desk was really accommodating and moved us to a better room – seemed like a suite, room 204. Ask for it! Breakfast is more for locals; we found it easier to just grab something at McDonald's. It's an okay budget option, but you can probably find better for the same price.
GGuest UserCheck-in was very smooth, no additional charges were provided, and a baby cot was provided. The address is good and there is parking 🅿. The hotel was very quiet when checking in, and the view outside the window was good. The facilities in the room were quite satisfactory. The bathroom is a bathtub + shower, and the half glass of the bathtub is fixed. When taking a bath, you need to stand in the bathtub (under the shower head) to turn on the faucet, so be careful not to get splashed by water. There are no slippers in the room (I was barefoot at the time, so I didn't ask the front desk for them). Overall good!
TThomas ZacThis hotel is centrally located at Juffair and is a good for business travellers. The room was large enough and the amenities were good. The restaurant was good serving all kinds of cuisines and the morning breakfast was a mix of western and Arabic.
The construction work on the approach road makes the access to the hotel a bit difficult. You may not be able to walk out from the hotel due to this construction.Overall a good hotel and would return if i ever visit Bahrain again.
CChee Peng TayHousekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement.
Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door.
Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark.
Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.
Wwq332211This hotel maintains the characteristics of English service, breakfast also provides room service, eggs are fried, bread is baked and tastes good, and fruit and other side meals.
