While sleeping the front desk called my room at 1am and 3 am. Mind you we were in bed sleeping when woken up to the front desk saying the people below us said we are stomping around our room. Mind you we both have been asleep in bed since 11pm. Then again at check out the front desk again. Tried saying we were stomping and loud. Til we showed the front desk our sleep app on our phone/watch that showed we were in fact asleep when getting accused of something we didnt do. Ill never rent a room here ever again. I got a suite for a reason to treat my significant other. An it was a nightmare.

Hoor was working at front desk and she was very kind and helpful!! She warmly welcomed us and checked us in. She answered our questions and gave us our key cards assuring us she would be here til 11 to answer any questions we had. We opened the door to our room and we were so happy!! It is a lovely room. Nice exercise room and indoor pool and hot tub. Everything is extremely clean with out any odors!! Highly recommend!!
