The front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walk from Chinatown, opposite the *** village and the dark Manchester River. The room is OK and clean. I just don't understand why the corridors are so winding. You have to carry a big suitcase and climb high steps to open a door to see the elevator. What's the point?

This hotel was so nice it made you almost not want to leave it! The full kitchen and washing machine were so useful. The view of the city was great. And the overall look of building was impressive. The staff were also very helpful.
