The hotel is very convenient to access different areas and train station. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The renovations and refurbishment are trendy. The only issue is they don’t clean the room everyday and the cleanliness is yet to improve.

We do however offer amenities such as extra towels and toilet rolls for free upon request. If you stay longer than one week we do provide a cleaning service once a week. The location is good, but not user friendly for luggage, i need to take 2 of my luggages (30kg) alone upstarts to the lift to my room. That’s killing me, I dun expect that hard for me, it’s not worth to pay that price. I found we have other better choice among that area.

I'm sorry to hear you struggled with your luggage, as we are an apart-hotel rather than a hotel, we do not have designated staff members to assist with luggage. Some of our rooms are reachable by elevator the entire way though, so if you stay again we can look at allocating you one of those rooms :)best wishesGrace

They provide smart TV , a very big refrigerator, provided washer and dryer , and the room is very clean.
The receptionist is very nice and provide an excellence service

Nice lobby with friendly employees. The air vent in the underground stuido need to be stronger

Hotel location is closing to city center as well as Piccadilly Station. Building itself is a old historic house.

Great place. My partner and I spent our anniversary here and really appreciated the free drink at the bar to celebrate. The studio apartment was everything we needed and more. Thanks so much!

Location is excellent. Service is perfect. I booked a double room which turned out to be a very big room w a living room. Very spacious coz it’s designed for handicapped. The design n atmosphere of the hotel is very yuppy. I like it very much. The cafe n restaurant served good food. And they have a lot of programs that we can join. We joined the dancing class which taught Lindy hop. I had so much fun. Really give this hotel a thumb up.

Nice and friendly staff, good location. But the room light is too dark, not good for reading. And only once a week for cleaning, not enough as the rubbish will smell.

Lovely hotel with an unbeatable location. The reception was amazingly helpful and considerate to let me check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable with super fast WiFi. Absolutely good value for money. Will definitely come back again on my next visit to Manchester.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, very well located 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 8 minutes walk from the train station, a very modern hotel in a style I really liked.

Terribly noisy. Can hardly sleep every night since moving in. Facing directly to pub street of *** Village. People keep shouting, yelling and singing from midnight towards dawn each day.
The hardware of the room is not in good maintenance condition such as hob and bedside lamp as they do not function properly.
