Convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk from the city center

Went to Manchester with friends to pick up the goods and booked this hotel due to its convenient location. The cleanliness of the hotel is OK, and the overall has four stars. If you go to Manchester City next time, you can consider staying again.

Fantastic location close to city centre, convenient parking, good comfortable facilities with good selection of breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and polite and went out of their way to help with any queries. Beds were comfortable and shower was good.

I didn't actually stay there. I tried to book a room on thier website and the price was £58 but every time I tried to complete thebooking there was a "transaction failure"( itried several cards, the website, the app ) I called the hotel and was asked to keep trying becuase that sometimes works. It didn't. I called again to make a booking over the phone and the price had risen to £99 !! I was asked to email them with my card details to compleete the booking and heard nothing back so I have booked somewhere else and asked them not to process my booking. It was a very frustrting experience.

We stayed for one night at the Stay Inn when we went to watch Peter Kay at the AO arena. Very conveniently located, just a 10 minute walk away. Parking was also convenient and reasonably priced. I would recommend to book this in advance though as spaces fill up. Functional room with comfy beds but tiny bathroom. Water pressure was great and all was fine for a one night stay and just somewhere to rest your head. Not very personable service and the bar didn’t have any beer/cider on tap. Excellent pub opposite though which has the best beer garden! Would stay again for a show but wouldn’t do more than one night. But for £59 for the night and £15 parking, can’t grumble!

Decent accommodation at a great price in convenient location. Fuss free check in and check out. Room ok. Clean and had everything we needed. Don't bother with breakfast and eat out for dinner. Very basic options and staff seemed surprised we wanted to eat there. But good option for room only

For a budget hotel this is well worth the money and in my opinion whilst basic it's ALOT better than some much larger well know hotel chains Will definitely stay here again next time we are staying in Manchester. Walking distance of city and parking super easy. Friendly staff just great.

This hotel/motel is trying to emulate the Premier Inn /Travel lodge formula but is not quite there. Pretty average accommodation. Pretty average bathroom. Pretty average breakfast. Pretty average service. Reasonably clean. Trying to be fair!

Good location for ao arena. Reasonably priced parking. We have used this hotel several times - ideal for music venues in Manchester. Breakfast sets you up for the day. City centre location, so road noise has to be expected with rooms on road side. Great for an overnight stay.

Absolutely awful. The room was cold. The bathroom was so small you could barely get in it, and we're not overweight. To pass the bottom of the bed you had to duck so that you didn't hit your head on the TV. It was OK to rest your head for a night but we won't be back.

Room small, but functional. Shower screen and grouting needed replacing. Well situated for AO Arena and walk in to Manchester like many others in the area. All staff must have been off the day when they were told to speak to guests and not just gawp!
