The hotel is alright. We stayed just a night and were unable to do anything due to tiredness after travelling a lot, and then in the morning, the fire alarm went off, so we had to rush out. The receptionist told us that they would immediately refund our deposit of £50 in which they requested us to pay at check-in. However, we still haven't received it until now, after about 10 days already. It's no good!

Lovely hotel stay here frequently, restaurant and bar area great, breakfast very good. Some of the rooms are out dated but can’t complain for £70

The hotel is very well located, in the city centre. We did not enjoy our rooms view, the window is very high and all we could see is a build construction. But it was a nice experience.

The room we stayed has no USB charging in room so recommended to bring your own socket. The flush in toilet needs more time than I expected to refill. Overall ok for a quick one night stay.

Brilliant stay. 100% booked again

The location is perfectly situated between Piccadilly and Oxford Road and Deansgate. Free wine on arrival, staff were lovely and welcoming. The room decor was a little shoddy in places but I didn’t take away from it being a great price, lovely overall hotel and location!

We arrived in about 10 minutes with our suitcases rolled from Piccadilly Station. There was a Chinatown nearby with many Chinese restaurants. For dinner, we enjoyed Chinese food for the first time in a while. I found out later that there is a free bus from Piccadilly Station and the bus stop is in Chinatown, very close to the hotel. I recommend using this free bus. The room was spacious and easy to use. It was 21,000 yen for three people, including breakfast. It was the cheapest hotel on this trip to the UK. Great value for money.

The hotel does not have its own parking, we were just lucky to find a parking space on the street opposite (the reception staff explained how to save on public parking). One of the two elevators worked It was very hot in the room, the air conditioner was blowing hot air and did not turn off! We had to call the staff to the room at 1 am and move from the 4th to the 6th floor! Naturally, on our own, there was no help from the hotel staff The breakfast is limited - not enough fruits and vegetables Not 4 stars at all
