Location was good and the room was comfortable and spacious. However, hotel charged the room rate to my credit card the day after I left the hotel even though I already paid for the hotel stay to trip.com before hand. Hotel did reimburse after my email to them to query the charge.

The hotel is located right outside Piccadilly train station, and the transportation is very convenient. The free bus stop of Manchester is right in front of the hotel. The room facilities are complete, and you can cook. I forgot to take a photo of the kitchen. The hotel is not far from Chinatown, Manchester Cathedral, and the Holy City Market. Also, the hotel has a check-out time of 11 o'clock, and luggage storage is charged.

Really impressed with the apartment, had a twin room with en suite bathroom, a double with separate bathroom, kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, cooker, washing machine, TV and sofa. Situated next to Piccadilly train station and walking distance to city centre. Would stay again.

lovely hotel & staff very helpful, very clean and several amenities.
the key cards for the lift, floors and rooms just created that extra safety aspect for a happy stay.
ideal location only a 10min walk from the shopping centre but still had plenty restaurants and cafes next to the hotel.
