construction extremely loud, no breakfast despite being advertised, trash just lining the hallways of the only floor we were told was “guest-ready”

I had a 3 night reservation. I asked to cancel so that I can go elsewhere. They only refunded one night. I called Wyndham and they said they cant help. I had to go elsewhere and pay twice for the same night. The place is under construction, No Cable TV, No Breakfast as advertised, Noisey, odors, bugs.

Julie went above and beyond to calm me down upon checkin after a way too long day of travel. Although there were 3 parties ahead of me after 11pm on a Sunday, she acknowledged my frustration and calmed me down.

Overall the location and price for the stay made this hotel a good choice. Some staff members should be re educated on proper customer service etiquette but then there were two that went above and beyond to make us feel more welcome. Breakfast needs some attention to details. Rooms and things I guess were being updated, should def try to make the rooms a little more not so on top of each other for guests inside the room. Overall we would go back.

Dirty, broken, noisy, nasty hotel. Never ever would I recommend anyone stay at this hotel because of the horrific conditions of the property and management personnel. Absolutely disgusting place. Do not suffer here.

I prepaid for the hotel room and had to pay an extra 100$ for the room. Just to walk in and find that the room is extremely dirty and unsanitary. To get to the room there are boards all over the floor and it’s very unsafe to walk through. The establishment smelled like ****. The guy in the front desk MJ was extremely rude.

They are in the middle of a renovation here. I dont know what the after looks like but the before and during experience is not worth even the relatively low prices. Everythung in my room is just old and tired. Countrrs tub and sink is stained or burn marks. Bathroom floor seems like it is rotted under linoleum. Bed is ok but carpetd and basically everythung is just dirty and not appealing. The construction noise and inconvenience is not conducive to any rest and appeal. Hope they get it all done and brings back what was probably an ok hotel 40 years ago. I didnt even try to make breakfast i wouldnt pick here ifcthats a must. Wish the owners luck and hope it works out

Blankets and sheets were stained. The room smelled of fresh paint and there was paint all over the door handle. Sanding dust and paint all over the ground. Sink had smudges all over. Basically seemed like they don’t clean the rooms.
