My family and I have been staying at the Pullman Hotel in Cannes for the last seven years. As loyal Accor members, we expected the privileges and benefits promised to regular customers, but our recent experiences have been increasingly disappointing. Last year, we were reassured by a new owner that our concerns would be addressed, and we would have the best experience moving forward. Trusting this, we returned this year, hoping for improvements. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. We were advised last year to email our room preferences and request sunbeds a week ahead of our arrival. We followed these instructions meticulously, yet upon arrival today, we discovered that all our emails had gone to the spam folder, and no arrangements were made. Despite booking two rooms, only one was ready at 2:30 p.m. Adding to our frustration, the gym was out of service. As avid gym-goers, this was a significant letdown. The overall experience was marred at every step, starting our stay far from enjoyable. We sincerely hope that the management will address these issues to restore the quality and reliability that loyal Accor members expect from the Pullman Hotel.
