We stayed two nights at the Mercure Cannes Mandelieu and it was a great experience. The welcome is warm (thank you Pauline), the breakfast is complete and the staff is friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable and well soundproofed. Thank you to all the staff for this experience, special mention for the housekeepers who do a remarkable job.

Hotel accessible through a not very pleasant area. Beautiful decor of the lobby and excellent welcome by a very professional lady. I benefited from a privilege room completely renovated with taste and very good comfort. Magnificent bathroom. Room overlooking a patio whose window also overlooks access to the rooms which can at some point generate a little noise when guests pass by if we keep the window ajar. Parking is offered but street space is free and available.

Poorly maintained hotel and Manager having no reaction to feedback from its customers - safe not checked before arrival and not working (batteries) - parking access with bumps incompatible with a low vehicle - poor WC fixed to the ground, unstable and therefore causing a huge clicking noise each time it passes, especially at night. - shower rod not fixed - faucet with hole at the end of the temperature adjustment button - bedside table not fixed, mobile and tablet not holding without falling to the floor. - stains in the form of large strips of glue on the elevator mirror All these problems were the subject of a discussion with the Director who offered us to change rooms (no desire to move our belongings for the 2 nights remaining). No repairs were made in 2 days other than the faucet. To be complete - evening catering with room service very good. - mediocre breakfast (very little choice)

Very spacious rooms in a hotel located in an industrial area of ​​the airport where there is nothing nearby, the closest restaurant 2 km away the hotel restaurant is a nightmare I am not able to cook three burgers, raw. Who make you wait more than half an hour or you speak French very well or they pretend not to understand, and if you want eight people to eat they don't even have eight burgers available. And I stayed for 20 days I asked several times to replace a non-working light bulb and in 20 days they were unable to replace it, in fact on the fifth request after 10 days the staff was very annoyed.

Perfect hotel, it is ideally located, the airport is right next door but it is only in service from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The staff is dynamic and very friendly. The restaurant is good and the service is good. The parking lot is spacious and secure. The swimming pool is very beautiful and very pleasant. The room is exactly in line with the price and above all very clean and well soundproofed. We will come back for sure!
