Resort Golden Cave

The room was good but the service was not up to the mark the hotel was not serving any kind of breakfast lunch or dinner due to which there was a lot of trouble and also the room in which I stayed needed two A/C and the room had only one which was not effective.

Very nice stay, room is best, clean. Break fast is nice room service manager mr. Mushtak khan is very coprative. Over all good

room price is very high in comparison of quality of room, and staff is very bad , nobody thought is right

Breakfast is third class. No facility in room. Baby food is not available. Water is chargeable in room

Room facilities not good

Staff is very nice. We were unwell they guided us to a nearby hospital, they kept a regular check if we need something. Rooms are very clean and give us a homely vibe. Property is in a very peaceful place with a lot of of fresh clean air.

Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, and i feel compelled to provide feedback to help improve the quality of service. Upon arrival, the room i was initially assigned lacked basic amenities, such as curtains, air conditioning, and an intercom system. This made for an uncomfortable and inconvenient first night. Despite reaching out to your team through makemytrip, the resolution provided was only marginally better. The subsequent room did not meet the standards one would anticipate. The issues i encountered significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of my stay. I believe it is crucial for your establishment to address these shortcomings to enhance the satisfaction of your guests. The stay is average. The hotel is okay too. Hospitality can be improved. Mustaq is the only one person because of whom one may stay in the hotel. There are other options though.
