1. Dear team makemytrip i am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, and i feel compelled to provide feedback to help improve the quality of service. Upon arrival, the room i was initially assigned lacked basic amenities, such as curtains, air conditioning, and an intercom system. This made for an uncomfortable and inconvenient first night. Despite reaching out to your team through makemytrip, the resolution provided was only marginally better. The subsequent room did not meet the standards one would anticipate. The issues i encountered significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of my stay. I believe it is crucial for your establishment to address these shortcomings to enhance the satisfaction of your guests.
