When we checked in, the ac was not working. On informing the front desk, they changed the room immediately. The room is good and sevices are courteous as well as good.

The rooms are very poorly maintained. The bathroom doors didnt close properly - had to call in repair guys who started banging the doors till it closed. The intercom didnt work. Had to call reception from mobile to order food. The floor tiles were creaking. Many of the light fixtures didnt work. No channels available on the tv. Room wasnt properly cleaned. Linen had a musty smell. The walls were wet after the rain. Overall didnt feel safe.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience, thanks to the exceptional staff support. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay more comfortable and welcoming. However, there are quite a few areas where the hotel could improve. The rooms felt a bit outdated and use some modernisation. Additionally, i encountered some issues with the hot water, which was inconsistent during my stay. The lighting in the room also was dull, making it difficult to work or relax in the evenings. Overall, while the staff was fantastic and the service was commendable, a fee updates to the facilities could really enhance the guest experience.
