My go to hotel in the Metro. Will always go back to this. Awesome room and breakfast buffet. Indeed luxury is made affordable.

We got lucky as the newly open bar HYDE gave us complimentary drinks. By the way the bar is located in the basement right side and the entrance is unique, it looks like a wardrobe, Narnia feeling is there and boom! The scenery was great and the bathroom smells good. Off course the breakfast is still one of the best! It also improved drastically. The pool was okay it is open until 10pm. The staff are fast, reliable and very honest. The best part was they gave us a lot of complimentary supplies as we forgot to bring our toiletries. Thank you so much Manila Prince Hotel! It's my 2nd time and I gotta say you made me feel so special and this is one of my favorite hotels in Manila.

The custom service is great, I was having a problem and the gentleman went over and beyond to take care of us. We been using trip.com for a few years now. Never had any issue that they didn’t help me out with..

the reception was kind to give us a total of 4 complimentary drinks to Hyde Manila bar sa baba lang ng hotel. bringing of liquor is limited they inspect every bag u bring inside the AC is too cold for the room the breakfast is really good

Check In is a bit challenge...Everytime you go out needs to be checked and scanned by the Security Guards, even you just bought something oitside. Rooms are Good. BREAKFAST buffet is ok, but again youre not allowed to dine wearing sleeveless shirts. Over-all is ok.

So relax and happy at the same time...the kids are enjoyed and they have a great experience at the hotel....hoping to have more memorable time again here....

Everything is great about this hotel. Near everything that you need. Although, you need to check every rooms if everything is working especially the bidet. But, so far - everything is good! Will surely book another stay here.

The staff was kind and the room was clean. Even if the temperature is hot outside, it is cool enough to withstand 3 hours of ease if you turn on and off the air conditioner for about an hour. It is convenient to have a small mall nearby and a variety of restaurants with on the first floor. I had a good rest

We love to stay in these hotel it's our 2nd day and I was able to book another night to extend our stay and room was nice and the hotel location was great very accessible.The service was great staff are very nice and accommodating. Facilities also was great with swimming pool. Best of all the food was so yummy, sumptuous and a lot of choices..we really love and enjoy the food every breakfast.

The hotel is so clean, affordable or reasonable price and comes with good buffet breakfast and complementary welcome drinks at Hyde. It's an awesome stay. I will surely go back to stay again.
