Stay was Great. Hotel is walking distance to Robinsons Palace Mall. Exit the hotel and take a right and walk straight down, and you're there. Need a massage to relieve the days tension, a variety of shops to choose from. Clubs/bars pick your place to chill and relax.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. There was Wi-Fi, but it was often disconnected, which was very disconcerting.

The room was clean and spacious, the windows were glass and bright, and it was deluxe for the price. It's a shame that there is no restaurant, but the reception staff were kind and very friendly, and it was a pleasant stay. The only negative aspect is that there are no restaurants or coffee shops nearby.

Probably won't be staying there again

This place is so convenient and their staffs are so friendly and kind. They attend to our concerns and inquiries in an accommodating manner that is so rare these days. My stay is so memorable and I may say that I’ll comeback for sure!!!!!!!!!!
