Requested a room change at 2am. I can’t sleep because of the faulty aircon and rampant mosquito flying… I’ve booked in the area before but first time experiencing rampant mosquitos in my hotel room.
their solution was to change the aircon and spray anti mosquito repellent while I’m inside… at 2am… then changed the aircon… worked for a while then woke up again 5hrs later because of mosquito bites
Paid for a good night’s sleep but was forced to sleep smelling insecticide only to wake up 5hrs later feeling **** and more. mosquito bites. Thank you so much never coming back

I have never had such a bad impression of the Rothman Hotel as I did this time.
Reasons
1. The unsmiling and unfriendly doorman (actually an old man) is rampant.
2. The bath towels, which are consumables that are used every day, were dirty from the start like dust rags, but they said I had soiled them and charged me 400 besos for two of them.
So, even though I have been a regular at this hotel, I was disappointed.
