I booked a junior suit, but it seems they were overbooked, so I was given the key to a downgraded room with no explanation. After seeing the room, I complained, but they said it was a system error and didn't apologize. They said I should just put up with breakfast instead, but it wasn't very tasty, so I ended up not going. The amenities were terrible and not at all like a 4-star hotel.
I don't think I'll stay here again.

Prepared to help you as their valuable guest whenever you need it – even before you are aware of your needs yourself. You'll feel like a king or a queen – or maybe a president or a foreign ambassador when staying at Armada Hotel.
• The main standard is high. The cleanliness is impeccable – all over. The rooms are perfectly sized, maintained and cozy. The restaurant in the lobby area serves you delicious meals to reasonable prices.
– My wife and I stayed here for one week recently. We will return to Hotel Armada Maynila – for sure, and hopefully have a longer stay next time. We recommend every visitor in Maynila to check this accommodation out, and I promise: You'll never regret.
