The room facilities are old and the hotel front entrance is very remote. I don't know why Ctrip rates it as a 4-star hotel.

The place is ok but the neighbourhood is not really safe as you can see.
The cleanliness is not consistent as the housekeeper needs to be reminded.
The amenities are not reliable coz as we all know they have a spa, manicure/pedicure as per in their amenities but in real there's nothing as we plan to set there and have it but as they say nothing.
The service crew are very courteous and accommodating.

I have been to the Philippines about 4 times so far. Overall, I think the ARMADA Hotel was the best. I didn't eat breakfast, but I had lunch. It was okay for the price. However, the area around the hotel is a bit gloomy, so it's a bit dangerous to go out on foot.

Hotel ok near bay - room ok could have been cleaner - pool ok - staff helpful enough - spa and gym out of order . Long walk to shops . Check in and out good . Food ok in restaurant.

Hotel ok Alright if want to be near Manila bay - average price for stay - pool on roof alright - hotel could do with a good clean really - rooms ok . Staff friendly enough .
