Located in a quiet area behind a busy alley. There is a security guard at the entrance, so it is safe. The shower had good water pressure and the water was warm, which was great.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. Room 106 (barrier-free) First of all, we were greeted by a newt as soon as we entered the room. It was difficult to open and close both the room key and the safe. The water pressure in the shower was so low that the electric heater wouldn't turn on and only water came out. (We told the front desk but nothing was improved) The shower hose was also short and difficult to use. The window in the room was a louver type and was old and could not be sealed, so the noise from the hallway was loud. The room was on the first floor and had a window, but it was dim. The drain of the air conditioner on the floor above hit the tin eaves of the room and sounded like rain from start to finish, so when I woke up I thought it was raining outside. By the way, the sounds of daily life from the floor above could also be heard. The hotel hallway was full of cats, rats, cockroaches, cats with rats in their mouths, and other things that women hate. The only bedding was a thin blanket. During our 3-night, 4-day stay, the room was never cleaned, the sheets were never changed, and towels were never provided. There was no permanent hair dryer. On weekends, there were groups that were making noise until around 3am, but the staff never stopped them. I guess that's just normal in the Philippines? Finally, unlike the front desk hours listed on the website, they are only open from 8am to 5am.
