Whenever I'm in Manila, I always choose GSquare Residences for its excellent location and great customer care. However, my last stay was disappointing. Pros: 1. Great Location: Conveniently located near key areas. 2. Good Customer Care: Usually excellent service. Cons: 1. Keycard Issues: The keycard didn't work twice, requiring trips back to the counter. 2. Toilet Problems: The toilet flush was slow, possibly blocked. 3. Noisy Aircon: The air conditioner was very loud, disrupting calls. 4. Slow Connection: The room has slow internet connectivity. 5. Slow Checkout: The room checking process was slow, causing long waits. I hope these issues are addressed to maintain the hotel's high standards.

There are many bugs/small flies. The shower is not working well..but i like the place.

So big the room and so spacious my goodness very nice place and affordable really.. would recommend this place totally.

Great service though its a little pricey.

The staff at the reception was inconsiderate, i booked a room for 1 week for my elderly mom who will be travelling to Hajj pilgrimage , she was on standby waiting for her hajj visa . As we are from Mindanao and no place to stay in Manila i opted to book her this cost friendly hotel. I asked my relative in Manila to visit her often but the reception keeps on insisting for my cousin to pay extra head when in fact it was the entire room i paid for. There was a bunk bed and they removed the other mattress just so nobody can stay with my mom. They didn't consider the fact that something could happen to my elderly mom while she was alone. No heart, mukhang pera sila. I will not book this hotel again.
