As a solo traveler, my single-bed room was perfect, and the staff ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their exceptional service made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Airo hotel for its prime location, excellent staff, and seamless check-in process!

About 7:10am on May 4, a man in black polo shirt opened our room when my husband and I were still sleeping. He probably had the master key. He said sorry. The man staff who checked us in around 2:50pm on May 3 said our room didn’t include breakfast. After I asked him to check, he said included and we could just go to Estoria for breakfast. When we came there the next morning, our name were not in the list. Luckily my husband asked the lady at Reception and it took her about 8 minutes to check and issue the coupons before we went. Otherwise we would have looked like beggars at Estoria. It’s a nice restaurant in another hotel near there. Room is nice with good bed linen. Very good shower water. The kettle didn’t work so we asked them to give us another one. Room 101 is on ground floor near Reception so guest luggages are kept near there. Expect the sounds of people walking and taking luggage. No problem for me though as I booked the cheapest room. Bed cover had marks. They kept 1,000 Peso as deposit and we don’t want to pay fine for marks we don’t make, so we asked them to change the bed cover. The Housekeeper came 3 times because sheets all had marks. Finally he could find one without a mark.

I’m not writing a review to bash the hotel. I love the hotel cause the 1st time I stayed there everything was spotless and considerable price, room amenities and such. This time I was disappointed the room wasnt clean. There are so many hair strand on the floor from previous guest and the shower room soap splash on glass door, and toothpaste cover are in the sink drain. Well considering there’s no dust on counters cause I really run my palm on top of tables even in wall skirting that’s good but please improve cleaning rooms. I am in the hospitality industry so I thoroughly check everything. But the rest, very good.

No wifi and hindi man lang namin ramdam ang effort ng hotel staff para makapagprovide ng way to fix the issue. Sana man lang nagbawas sila ng rate kahit 20pesos ang importante may nakita ang customer na si Airo hotel ay very sorry sa nangyari. Very disappointed.

They are very accommodating and nice. Only the AC of the room is not that cold. They even transfer us to another bigger room but still AC is not cold. The staff are nice and the place is clean.thank you

Its accessible pra sa important appointment ng mother ko specially she's señior na & they just walk going to where her appntment is. And stores around the hotel. Their breakfast buffet is also good, very good food.

there was no internet/wifi due to technical issues and a construction was ongoing in the lobby area but the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating even offered me free document printing services

The location is excellent very close to my Agency, the staff are very friendly. I recommend.
