The front desk service of the hotel is first-class. The front desk, housekeeping and parking staff are polite and proactive in providing assistance. The interior of the room is very tidy. The hotel upgraded the QUEEN BED suite for us on this trip. We were overjoyed. We stayed for two nights in total Meals in the hotel, the food and service quality of the hotel restaurant at dinner time are very high, and the service and food selection at breakfast time are not so good, which makes the overall score drop slightly. Staying in this hotel with a history of more than 200 years made us stay in the National Day holiday of the United States leave good memories

The Cliff House is an amazing place and a must-stay when in Manitou Springs. The service is top-notch, the rooms are gorgeous, and you immediately get transported to the past when you walk through the door. Don’t forget to enjoy a meal or drinks on the patio - delicious food and truly relaxing.

It is a period hotel that has been magnificently refurbished! It is a gem, complete with restaurant and a bar-and-grill. Easy walking to attractions in the town, and only a bit less than 1 mile walk to the Cog Railway Station.

I took my daughter back to Colorado where we were posted at Ft Carson. We stayed here for 2 nights while we toured the many sights of Colorado Springs. Julie was fabulous. Our AC was broken (during a heat advisory)in 2 of 3 rooms. She wasted no time moving us. The food is amazing! Breakfast is a must. Valet is fantastic after driving through the mountains. All of the staff were kind and accommodating. We will be back!

Very good historic hotel in downtown Manitou Springs, but in a quiet residential street. Excellent dining facilities. A little bit pricey. Attentive staff and good, comfortable accommodations.
