Motel One Mannheim

Lage sehr gut. Eigentlich alles ausgezeichnet, ausser, dass mitten in der Nacht plötzlich sehr lauter Verkehrslärm ins Zimmer kam.

Top Unterkunft, Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Preis Leistung passt, Frühstück ist auch inordnung. Sehr höfliches Personal immer zuvorkommend, Ich wurde beim Frühstück mit meinem Namen gegrüßt fand ich persönlich sehr Charmant. Empfehlung !!!

Great design and a great bar (although the staff are a bit slow and you always have to go to the bar to order). Great breakfast - very nice service. Unfortunately, at the weekend there is an incredibly loud bar next door - even at 2 a.m. you can hear the bass booming all the way up to the 3rd floor.

The charming lady at check-in was particularly friendly and helpful. Thank you very much

The Hotel One is a modern, well-located hotel in the middle of Mannheim! The service at reception was always very friendly and very helpful. Our suitcases were kept safe for a few hours on the day of departure. The bar on the 4th floor was very modern and artistically designed. They would make more money if they had one more waiter at peak times. The staff at breakfast were very, very attentive and the buffet was constantly checked and refilled. Your staff is really GREAT. I would have liked to have answered it in the email with the link, but only someone who had booked the hotel could answer it. So the points for the staff were lost. In April 23, this new Motel One opened directly on Paradeplatz, in the heart of Mannheim. I booked online and paid in advance for 2 nights. The reception was very friendly and the "team" in general seemed highly motivated, satisfied and extremely friendly. The rooms are in the usual Motel One style: of course, perfect for my business stay, clean. Everything seems to have been well coordinated after only a short period of operation. Breakfast with vegan alternatives for cheese and sausage, with pastes, vegan yoghurt, milk substitutes and gluten-free bread was also perfect for me. The breakfast (bar) area is very nice with small spatial divisions, for example by a glass area. Very comfortable to sit in. My room faced Paradeplatz as I requested. It was absolutely great to sleep with the window open. I will be back.
