Excelente Hotel Familiar, la mejor experiencia que he vivido en Manta, súper recomendado, tiene un vista maravillosa al mar y la comida exquisita, lo que más gusto fue su Rooftop ubicado en el último piso del Hotel es una vista del atardecer hermosa y el servicio 10 de 10.

Beautifully designed building! Staff were all super friendly! There is no hot water for my shower for or five days. There was loud music or soccer game playing into the night three of the eight days I was there but no louder than most Latin American hotels/countries. Overall, I do highly recommend The Poseidon!!!

Sadly I would recommend everyone to keep Hotel Poseidon as your last option in Manta. They took more than an hour for check in, no hot water, room service is very slow, food is not good. Even the mattress are out of shape and uneven. Hope to get a refund. Even a $50 hotel provides better service quality and basic accommodations

Las habitaciones son extremadamente ruidosas, el baño tiene un muy mal olor y la atención del personal deja mucho que desear. La piscina y el hidromasaje estaban sucios y con mucha gente. La habitación asignada estaba en el Sb3, y los ruidos del personal del restaurante, que realizan la limpieza hasta altas horas de la noche y sin el mínimo cuidado por el ruido que generan, fueron reportados a la Recepción, que después de varios intentos no contestó las llamadas por lo que debí acercarme personalmente para solicitar se ayuda con este tema. Definitivamente no es una opción recomendable para hospedaje.

Horrible experience my flight was delayed, so they decided to cancel my reservation on not give me back my money. You can call their phone number and they will never pick up.
