Curtains were torn, entrance was completely slippery because of the moss. Average rated depending on the price. Check out is too early 9 am

Rooms are clean but doesn’t have lift, and needs an improvement on outward appearance, the host is really good safety is good, good for couples

Very poor management
they do not serve food and do not even arrange for food parcels. The staff is rude. They do not care for the guests. Fungus growing on the corridor walls.

It was a pleasant stay at 09. The hotel was clean and nice. Working ac, wifi, water and electricity all were there.

Outside might look like old building but the room inside was clean, good and we'll maintained, very close to mapusa bus stop.

Room was spacy. Cleaned washroom, fridge, ac, electric kettle, shoe polish machine, and many were mind blowing. Don't look anywhere just book and stay there. Best in mapusa.

Hotel exterior isn’t appealing but room was spacious, well furnished and well maintained. Hotel staff (1 person playing all roles) is very rigid, not cooperative at all.
