The hotel is very clean. I happened to meet a Chinese at the front desk and the service was very good. The scenery around the hotel is very good, and it takes an hour to drive to Key West. Recommended to stay!

I tried to refund this stay due to my sister being in ICU in Tennessee. Since no one would approve a cancellation I was forced to return from TN and use this reservation without my sisters who stayed in TN to be with my brother. As far as the hotel goes it was fine. Just disappointed that ******* and Hampton Inns put making buck before showing compassion to a family facing a family member dying,

We enjoyed the stay at the Hamptons. Staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating. The place was clean and the room was excellent. I will say that the pillows were kind of flat and wish there were more than the four. And if could say anything negative, the shower was small considering that the bathroom was huge. A second counter across from the sink would have been great to put stuff down like clothes and toiletries. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Das Hotel war prima, das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, die Preise an der Tiki-Bar moderat. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ebenso das Bad. Einzig der Pool war ziemlich trübe und etwas überhitzt, der hätte bei den hohen Temperaturen etwas Chemie vertragen können.
Toll war der kostenlose Parkplatz. Kommen gerne wieder!

Li checked us in and he was absolutely amazing. We got world class customer service. He gave us more then we could ask for and the property was awesome clean and surprisingly nice. The room was clean, the food was good, the balcony was really nice. We loved it.

Really nice place. New outdoor furniture in the back courtyard area and fresh mulch. Nice staff amd clean room. Only thing about this transaction was *******, they lied to me and did not work through a simple error ai made when makikg my reservation which I made within 2 minutes of making my reservation. Hampton Inn is great, while ******* customer service is not looking to actually help.
