I booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldn’t make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort.

Everything was great but the floor and room was  absolutely dirty and it smelled horrible you had to pay extra for breakfast and it wasn’t even a good meal. the milk was bad no eggs no nothing just a apple and little boxes of cereal. I had to wait 2 hours for the towel and they still didn’t give it to me also each day we stayed I had to pay a 50 dollar fee

Ótimo resort. E a segunda vez que me hospedo no Banana Bay. Ótima localização. Quartos grandes com duas enormes e comfortaveis camas de casal. Apartamentos com vista para o mar. Preço bom pelo oferecido. Porém o café da manhã poderia ser bem melhor.

My stay was perfect the room, the ambience and the service, excellent , the breakfast was a nice token , the pool , and the marina is a perfect spot for a good vacation time. In the room the linen was perfect, the cleanliness excellent and special mention to the front desk personnel very attentive and always with a smile attending the guests

Terrible stay not like it was shown in the pictures the shower was nasty had a view of the parking lot had frozen scrambled eggs for breakfast a bagel and yogurt it was nasty went to go to sleep and I was all itchy come to find out there was a bed bug all on the bed couldn’t even go and lay in the other bed cause it was the same the whole stay was terrible and they didnt want to give us our money back we were supposed to stay 5 days and only stayed one night

Horrible we had to check out the next day of our 5 night 6 day stay. My room was not clean the ceiling fan was so dusty I couldn’t turn it on there was cobweb on the mirror and bugs crawling on our wall and the bed. My garden view was the parking spots.

We loved staying at Banana Bay because we could keep our boat at the marina which was super convenient to the gulf. The resort has grills & picnic benches so you can cook your catch and stay within the property. I promise you won’t find a better view for the sunset! We will be back!
