Located right on the front close to the beach. Clean but old fashioned and slightly tired. Helpful front desk. Discounted parking.

Hotel very well located by the sea and close to the wonderful old town with charming receptionists

Location, reception and breakfast were very good, the hotel and room are quite dated.

On the beach and very centrally located. The apartments with a separate bedroom and side sea view are equipped with a kitchen and the most necessary kitchen utensils. We prepared breakfast ourselves and enjoyed it on the balcony. We can recommend the hotel, we were there for the second time.

Great hotel with amazing sea views!

Really enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Princesa Playa It's location on the seafront was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The room has everything you needed, kitchenette, power shower even a TV with English terrestrial channels. Just a short walk from seafront restaurants,shops, supermarkets (not Supermarket City Center, who has no prices marked). Of special note is the old town, less than 10 minutes walk, with a beautiful town square and inexpensive restaurants. We visited Málaga and Ronda by local bus and had fantastic days out. Would fully recommend our stay.

Great value walking distance to old town and is beachfront. Nice rooftop pool. Staff is excellent. Taxi and UBER available for short trip to Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. Also a nearby catamaran to Puerto Banus.

I am responding instead of my husband It has a false star rating this should be a two. Bed was horrible the property is very run down Staff were kind and welcoming Were promised a sea view and didn’t get one Would not recommend this location

Lovely apartment in great location, Overlooking the promenade. The whole hotel is kept spotless clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. Reception area is vey welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable with everything required to self cater. The roof top terrace is gorgeous and bar /food prices were very good. The small pool is separate but close to the terrace which was very convenient. Underground car park is right beside the hotel and had a lift to street level

Top location, clean, friendly service. The beds are hard as rock... Will come back to visit when my spinal cord has recovered....

I always enjoy my stay here. The location is great, very central but quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it good for a long-term stay. It’s also convenient when you need to work.

Good area of marbella. Great for new town and the old town. Beds are a bit hard but not the worst of spain

An apart hotel with a grand entrance, lovely rooftop terrace, small swimming pool and all the amenities you'd need. Clean, well laid out, fully equipped studio apartment with a small but functional private balcony. Nice location on the sea front with public underground parking next door at €23 for 24 hours. Loved the shower
