We spent 6 nights at Molo Luxury Suites and enjoyed our time there. The owners were very nice and helped in sorting out taxis for us thus avoiding us being ripped off by a limo company so we were very grateful for that. The staff were very sweet. We asked for additional pillows which were supplied to us. There was a bottle of Cava and a plate of chocolates and grapes in our room which was a very nice welcome. We stayed in a Junior Suite (Room 8) which was very spacious and well designed. The shower was powerful and large. The towels were lovely - very thick and fluffy and there were robes and slippers. It had a terrace with a jacuzzi bath on it. It does need an umbrella or a shade on the terrace though. The breakfast is served on the terrace upstairs and was perfect for us as we don't normally eat breakfast but for those who consider breakfast an important part of their day you might be disappointed. There is a small bar trolley on the terrace which is not manned by a barman but would be more of an honesty bar unless one of the staff is there. In reading some other reviews and now having stayed there I can understand why there is confusion as to what category of accommodation this falls under. You will arrive at an apartment block which is not solely inhabited by Molo Suites. The third floor is theirs which has the Reception, a lovely sitting room and the terrace on. Other apartments in the block belong to them but not all. You will need a key to access the 3rd floor from the lift which is labeled Molo Suites. We were on the ground floor as you walk in and you need a code to enter the corridor that has two rooms in - ours was room 8 and the other room was 7. There were 2 other apartments on that floor that were not part of the accommodations for Molo Suites. I have tried to show all of this in my photographs. It took us approximately 15/20 mins to walk down to Puerto Banus Marina. On the return it is uphill so can be slightly challenging in the heat. There is an Italian Restaurant on the corner of the apartment block and a supermarket and other shops around the corner if you don't want to make the trip down to the Marina. As part of our deal airport transfers were included which was hugely valuable as Malaga Airport is approximately an hour's drive. If you are looking for a quiet spot that is comfortable and well designed and away from the busy areas then I would recommend Molo Suites. I did not see the other suites or rooms so cannot comment on them.

I really recommend this hotel. We stayed there for a long weekend with other couples and had a great time! The staff was super friendly, very clean rooms and a good breakfast. Also a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to the busy center of Marbella. Would definitely go back!

Ein traumhaftes Gästehaus, super gelegen, grandiose Aussicht, wunderschön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse inkl. Service ist perfekt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Spectacular views!! very nice staff. We never experienced such BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and DESIGN. We stayed at room 3 for 3 unforgettable days. The room is perfect and very spacious. We'll defenitly try to come back some day.

Pessima experiencia. Zero de serviço. Na verdade um AirBNB metido. Não è um hotel, nem mesmo uma pensão com uma recepção. Temos de avisar com antecedência nosso horário de chegada para que alguém la esteja para entregarmos chave. No interior de Puerto Banus (cidade encantadora e de alto luxo) dispõe de um terraço com vista para as montanhas. Depois de 2 semanas de férias na Croácia e em Sevilha escolhemos essa acomodação (impossível chamar de hotel) a mais cara de toda a viagem para coroar esses dias. Que decepção. Mais caro que um 4 estrelas em NYC Um AirBnb sem serviço (péssimo desayuno) numa cidade encantadora. Não recomendo para ninguém !!!

Very Nice place. Very friendly people. Top clean and generally a nice place to stay. A little noisy, as the doors are close to reception but not a big issue. Good food on a nice little terrace. Can only recommend this place

Kamer: Ik had een fantastische Junior suite met een eigen balkon en adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen! Direct naast de receptie (nr 3). Wat een prachtige ruime, stylish ingerichte kamer! Kunstboeken, grote planten, leren stoelen en een fantastisch ruim bed midden in de kamer. Hele grote badkamer met alles erop en eraan (regendouche, ligbad apart toilet en bidet) en grote dubbele kast. Ik miste een paar lekkere kussens op mijn ijzeren loungebankje en een parasol op mijn dakterras. Je verbrandt levend als je daar in de zon gaat zitten. Aan het einde van de middag is er meer natuurlijke schaduw. Appartement niet echt hotel: Ik was op zakenreis en besloot er nog een weekend tegenaan te plakken. Ik had met opzet een klein hotel geboekt zodat ik meer aanspraak zou hebben. Maar dit is niet de opzet bleek. Dit is echt meer geschikt om als stel heen te gaan en een romantische vakantie/weekend te beleven in alle privacy. Service/gastvrijheid: Wat ik minder vind is dat ik na een lange taxirit midden op een van de heetste dagen last minute aankom en geen drankje aangeboden kreeg. Dat is een kleine, maar o zo verwelkomende geste die dan mist en die ik in mijn vorige - lagere klasse hotel - wel ontvangen had. Ik had zo’n dorst, maar het water uit de kraan blijkt niet drinkbaar. Daar moest ik eerst voor whatsappen om daar achter te komen. En een klein flesje water uit de minibar kost 4,50. En dat vind ik schandalig. Dus de volgende dag moest ik maar naar de supermarkt om zelf flessen water te kopen. Ik ben al in veel kleinschalige boutique hotels geweest en het water is complementair als je niet uit de kraan kunt dringen. Ik las in de reviews dat andere gasten een drankje hadden ontvangen en dat de eigenaren heel vriendelijk zijn en aanwezig. Een reden voor mij om hier te boeken. Maar dat heb ik niet zo ervaren tijdens mijn verblijf. Niet dat ze onvriendelijk waren, maar ze maakten een gehaaste indruk en waren de meeste momenten niet zichtbaar aanwezig. Op mijn poging om een praatje aan te knopen toen ik aankwam werd niet in gegaan. Ik kreeg mijn sleutels (3 stuks) en een uitgebreide uitleg hierover. Jammer. Ik had graag wat meer willen weten over de omgeving en waar de lekkere restaurantjes waren etc, te meer omdat ik alleen reis. Dus dat heb ik zelf uitgezocht. De dames die kookten/bedienden en schoonmaakten waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad en rust: Mijn kamer bleek op de 3e etage te liggen en het zwembad is omgeven door appartementen en mijn indruk was dat de mensen eromheen toegang hadden. Minimaal aantal bedjes (18), dus ik was blij dat ik op een gegeven moment een los bedje kon scoren. De tuin is een grasveld omgeven met een heg, meer niet. Een aantal raffia parasols met kleine schaduwplekjes. Het zwembad was constant vol met spelende, schreeuwende, ruziënde kinderen. Ouders die op afstand naar kinderen schreeuwen dat ze geen ruzie moeten maken. Ik heb geen kinderen en heb besloten om voortaan uit te zien naar een adult only locat
