We booked a suite for no more than most hotels charge for a room. This meant we had plenty of space - a lounge area and a small kitchen area (which we didn't really use as we wanted to try the local restaurants). Cleanliness was faultless.

Huge hotel room, very clean. The included breakfast was decent, almost downtown with 2 minute walk distance to the shore

It’s a decent hotel ( apartment ). Price was ok and close to the bus station , If you plan is vist the port and:/ or luxury areas is a bit far .

Simple place in decent location set back from the front. Efficient service. On-site breakfast option, nearby supermarket and on-site parking. Property and rooms old and a little tired.

Truly wonderful hotel in the center of Marbella and the bed was really huge and very comfortable.. not to mention the swimming pool, I will definitely be back

We arrived to Ona slightly early and the lovely man on reception allowed us an early check in as our room was ready. Very impressive hotel room! Quite large, enormous bed, fridge, modern bathroom & large balcony. Could not fault it. Breakfast was sufficient; lovely flavoured refreshing waters! Man in charge excellent for replenishing items. Pool area looked lovely. Ona is in a fantastic location: we walked everywhere! Overall I'd recommend this hotel!

Amazing stay! First of all, the staff was extremely helpful and polite. We felt really taken care of. They always adviced us with smile on their faces, if we needed something. I think I have never experienced this happy and kind staff, anywhere. I would especially want to thank Ruben R. and his female colleague, thank You for doing an amazing work! Then the room; it was big and really clean, and there was more than we expected. It was so much more than a normal hotelroom. Beds wereAmazing stay! The hotel is in close proximity to both the marina and Orange Square. Good selection of cold and hot food at breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily and nothing is too much trouble for the maids. Front desk has a variety of most helpful people to answer any questions throughout the day and are extremely both obliging and extremely helpful.

Extremely helpful friendly staff, clean rooms and the rest of the hotel even the pool area (has the sun all day), we upgraded to a bedroom with a balcony and small kitchen style area and cannot fault, ideal area - close to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Felt very safe staying at this hotel and walking around the area (coming from two 30 year old females). Normally I stay at hotels 4* plus but we booked because we just needed somewhere to put our heads for the nights however i was pleasantly surprised i wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The staff happily kept our luggage safe and locked for the day as our flight wasn’t till the evening. There is loads of parking near by if you have a hire care and supermarket a few seconds away which sales all the essentials and food. If you are planning on exploring by day this hotel is must as there is so much in the area.

Location: great and central to old town not too far to walk to beaches and seafront . Pool: a bit dirty, no shades and very run down a bit of a clean up and a paint would make a big difference. Rooms: been modernised, not too bad still 3 star, extra payment to check in early extra payment for safe General: dated and is definitely no higher than 3 star. Breakfast and staff: fine no over and above just fine. All in all we were not in much so it didn’t matter, not somewhere I would take the kids and overpriced for what it was. I would use this hotel again personally but if your not too fussed about anything this is an it will do kind of place.

We stayed here in May 2024 and had a lovely time. The location is excellent, and found the staff to be very good and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. Two men on the reception desk were excellent. Great if you are on a budget.
