Séjour en demi-teinte.
Nous avons déçu par cet hôtel à Cecina. Le confort reste à désirer malgré une bonne vue. Des équipements vieillissants et une chambre pas digne d’un hôtel 3 étoiles.
Cependant, le petit déjeuner est complet et très bien.

A place that has given up or gone lazy
Probably the most typical place for a tourist destination that doesn’t care and gets new visitors the day after.
Booked with a sea view, got a view overlooking their restaurant that’s between the hotel and the sea. I did get moved up a floor after a discussion with staff that included highlights as “our definition of sea view is windows in the direction of the sea” - so the view part was irrelevant.
They lock the doors at 23:00, they don’t mention this at all during checkin. We were locked out and just lucky another visitor was in the reception at the time - he got a dirty room and was looking for staff.
You can get a key, but you have to know it and ask for it. Wouldn’t visit again.

Eravamo già stati anni fa in questa struttura e alla prima occasione ci siamo tornati. Buona accoglienza dalla staff, magnifico soggiorno coccolati dalla chef Enzo Pirone e dal maitre Claudio e Mobarak. Ottima cucina con piatti ben presentati e gustosi e dolci favolosi. Francesco e Rosanna.

Bella struttura pulita fronte mare prezzi concorrenziali personale ottimo. Camera ben arredata accogliente, ottimo il solarium in terrazza. Parcheggio dedicato ristorante adiacente ottimo. Solo il meteo ci ha dato contro ma per il meteo inutile scrivere recensioni 😀

Oltre il danno la beffa! Ho prenotato questa vacanza con mio marito, lusingata dalla posizione dell'hotel e dalle buone recensioni. Purtroppo non è proprio così. Al nostro arrivo non trovavano la prenotazione, abbiamo dovuto fornire al nostra. Pulizia dell'hotel alquanto deludente per non parlare di pranzi e cene una cosa orribile, tutti i commensali si sono lamentati alcuni addirittura non hanno più mangiato li. Personale sempre scocciato e poco collaborativo, ad esclusione della sig.ra Laura. Ciliegina sulla torta, l'hotel si trova in ZTL, al nostro arrivo abbiamo comunicato la targa per lo scarico valigie, a distanza di alcuni mesi ci arriva una multa. Increduli abbiamo provveduto a contattare l'hotel il quale non ci da nessun supporto anzi, incolpa noi di non aver comunicato la targa. Si giustifica dicendo che non hanno nessuna carta firmata con il nr. di targa, onestamente non è un problema nostro se non ci hanno fatto formare nulla. Noi siamo ben consapevoli di aver comunicato la targa, non hanno sentito ragioni nemmeno per trovare un compromesso e venirci incontro. Conclusione state ben attenti prima di prenotare presso questa struttura.
