The rooms are acceptable but they have some problems such as the lack of facilities in the rooms and the blackout of the curtains is not good. Some light coming in from the curtains may cause you discomfort when sleeping. There's no WiFI in all rooms (I have never seen it in any hotel before). It wasn't a problem for me but it may be a big problem for some people. There was a problem in the bathroom of my room when I arrived but it was solved. The private beach of the hotel is very good and all the rooms are close to the beach and the view is good and this is the best thing in the hotel. The staff's who were working in reception were very good and friendly(only on reception), but there was some delay in responding to requests. There is also another negative aspect of the hotel and that it is very far away and there are no services near it such as pharmacies, restaurants or a supermarket , If you wanna go out, you need to order a car a long time before you leave due to the distance of the place and the security of the area. The security of the place is very bad with Uber or taxi drivers. The waiting period may reach more than an hour for the to make the drive enter there's no reason and i don't know why they making the cars waiting all this time (this is the worst thing in the hotel), caused me a lot of delay. It's very easy for the hotel to put a small bus or a golf car to service the guests and take them outside the hotel area or make it easy to access Uber and taxis It will be a good hotel for a short stay vacation, but not for a long stay. It needs some some attention and care, simple things but important and it come be a great hotel , such as but Wi-Fi in the rooms and they need to have a golf car very simple stuff but important

Excellent location A complete hotel but its price is high and it is the station where you get off when you reach the coast It has swimming pools and it is directly on the sea and there are restaurants in a strategic location and there is a mall that has a Saudi market, a pharmacy, a swimsuit and two barber shops and there is a theater on the beach for all age groups in the hotel and there is a DJ and a beautiful beach But everything is expensive, the food and the hotel and there is a studio directly on the sea on the ground floor on the beach

The best hotel in sa7el. Very chill. Amazing breakfast spread. The waffles and hash browns are the best. Service is excellent and staff are very friendly as well. Big thanks to Osama for greeting us when we first arrived and thanks to Abdel Wahab, Hussein and Hamed for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

It is a nice property with a lot of potential. Beautiful pool. We booked a Seaview room. When we first got there, we saw some construction material in front of our room while looking at the sea. We were told that they are just cleaning up and removing everything, but to my disappointment, the next day there was even more construction material and two huge tents that blocked the view to the sea. Apparently they were prepping for a wedding and they were building a huge stage on the beach to accommodate the wedding. Every day we would wake up to hammering and construction workers yelling at each other, giving instructions. Within three days, the stage was complete, and it was completely encased in privacy walls completely blocking the view to the sea. So we cannot see the sea from our room and also cannot see the view from the main areas. I complain to the GM and ask him why we were not told that there was going to be construction and the view is going to be blocked. He said he was sorry. Every complaint I had all he had to say was I am sorry. He offered me lunch to compensate, I told him I did not need lunch, I wanted the view to the sea that I booked and paid for. They offered to move us, I do not want to pack and unpack again, and also in order to move us away from all of this they would’ve had to move us far away to the other side of the resort and we would be very far from the reception and the dining areas. That was another important criteria I gave them when I booked the room is that I need to be closer to the reception area so moving me to another room away from all of this would put me very far from the reception. The hotel only apologizes as I’ve seen in previous poor reviews, but they never really improved their service. I will also say that , Service during the morning and evening buffet is poor. Although they have a lot of labor, they are not well trained so we are constantly needing to request simple things like water, coffee, please come and pick up the dirty plates and things like that. Basic things that they should have been trained to do. Of course , that goes back to the management who did not properly train the employees. Everything trickles from the top and apparently the top is not doing their job. I would not come back here again and would not recommend it.
