First time at this hotel, chose it due to entertainment package. Cons-requested rooms next to each other as a family of 6 but had a room between us. Not a major issue as other room had a nicer balcony. As others said extras for fridge/kettle etc a nuisance-hotel last year had a free mini fridge (yes we stayed B&B then too). Breakfast limited and not a true continental as no yoghurt, limited fruit. Yes option to pay for full English but didn’t bother. Sun beds were a nightmare!!!!!! Banging of doors-OMG! General noise and kids/revellers at all hours-i did report kids running around one night but staff did nothing! I was move concerned re their safety than anything else. Overall lack of presence of staff in hotel side was a suprise! Entertainment was ok but sane each week, also open to anyone so it was hectic. Mosquitoes were rampant especially if you ended up sat in the street (which we chose so we could see kids in soft play and games area). Extra charges for pool and soft play were tedious, many hotels offer this free. Distance from main beach and no direct bus. Pros-the entertainment team (Sniper/John/You) AMAZING lads! So friendly, knew everyone by face if not name. Really engaged with those who wanted it and didn’t harass those who didn’t! Loved the pool games and daily darts. Location ok-near some good pubs/shops etc Loved the wild pigs which we saw from Weatherspoons which was just behind hotel. Cleaners were also great and happy to change towels/bedding etc in between set days. Food and drinks ok and similar price to all other pubs nearby. Overall it was an ok stay, not an awful stay but definitely could have been better.

Came back to the Atrium for a family holiday . My 3rd time back We all had a great time, the staff was so friendly and even shared a joke or 2 nothing wasn't too much trouble to help us ..The entertainment at the night was brilliant especially the singers so talented.. Loved that they did a day and night entertainment for children once a week. The restaurant and pool food was lovely many a day we would eat at the hotel. Location is great as you can get a bus straight outside or walk straight down the road to the main road. We only had slight problem with the air con, they sorted it out straight away. Many thanks for looking after us

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel - food is lovely, staff are absolutely amazing and so so helpful!! Every single person was so friendly and respectful in every aspect. Rooms are cosy and comfortable so all in all it was a pleasure to stay here, we’ve already booked to come back next year and have met so many people who are regulars year in year out so I think that speaks for itself too. The absolute highlight is the entertainment in the Havana bar - there’s something every night and no matter what you like there will be something for you. My personal favourites were the Drifters and Dreamgirls on Thursday night and Saturday - killer vocals and performances accompanied by amazing staff, gorgeous cocktails and lovely food. Can’t wait to come back!

Worst holiday to our family from beginning. They make you pay for everything! We came for hotel at 3am very tired and thirsty.. I kindly asked about water for my kids.. the answer was.. you must pay for water!! so forget about welcome bottle of water even in 3am in the weather where temperatures are about 40 degrees. You must pay for air conditioning, fridge- you must pay, safety box- you must pay.. first time in my life I have to pay for air con in hotel, and I’m travelling a lot! I booked bed and breakfast.. the breakfast is absolutely joke! Choice is.. boiled egg, scrambled eggs, sausages in tomato sauce and not so good cereal.. that’s all.. when I ask waitress why other people have better food for breakfast he said “because they paid” well I paid for my breakfast to!!! Prices in the restaurant for the food are ridiculous high.. for example.. 2 waffles with 2 ice cream scoops some sauce and few strawberries are about 11 pounds. There is empty area where kids can play football.. well… you must pay for it if you kids want play. Rooms are small.. no chance to put your luggage’s, tiny bathtubs where you can fit half of your body, on swimming pools I’ve been told to not bring my bottle of water if I don’t buy it in the pool restaurant! All staff around pool watching you all the time make you feel very uncomfortable. The check out is till 12am you can stay longer in your room but you have to pay, if not you stack in the boiling hot reception. There is to much to say.. but if you have choice avoid this hotel!!!!

Well what can I saw the food was amazing, the hotel is amazing and I loved the cocktails. My favourite part was the entertainment they were so friendly, polite and treat everyone lovely. Loved how they get everyone involved and don’t make you feel to pressured can’t thank them enough and will hopefully see them again. The staff in the hotel and restaurant’s were fab, really chatty and funny especially Ferdi he’s just so lovely. Can’t wait to come back next year and see everyone again.

Booked bed and breakfast, our room was in the self catering part of the hotel so our room had a fridge in which we didn’t have to pay for but we had to pay extra for a safe, fan and aircon. The rooms are very small and no storage to unpack clothes. Balcony’s very small and can barely fit a small table and chairs on and is awfully hot due to the aircon machine being stuck on the balcony. Breakfast is shocking. One option of fruit (watermelon), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, small sausages in bean juice, bread (frozen) for toast, and cucumber, two options of cereal- which was not nice. My husband upgraded to the English breakfast which gave 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 2 fried eggs, 2 toast, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. The cleanliness of the hotel is poor. I’ve never stayed in such a dirty unclean hotel. The maids literally just made your bed each day. The floor wasn’t even swept after requesting it to be at reception. We were given clean set of towels with stains on on three occasions. A bed sheet had a patch in it where it had been sown in. Staff are always coming round the pool and evening entertainment to make you buy things e.g football card, raffle, face masks, glow sticks. Evening entertainment is poor. Do a kids disco get people hyped up and then play bingo - dull. It’s very loud and can be heard in the rooms. Pool area is small and not enough room for everyone. People queue for sunbeds from 6:30am even through the gates don’t open till 7:30am. Staff around the pool work very hard serving you drinks to your sunbeds. We were told we weren’t allowed to bring our own water flasks to the pool side. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

We have just got home from a 10 night stay as a family of 4 and was pleasantly surprised ! We didn’t have a great experience from a well Recommended all inclusive in marmaris last year but we can not fault atrium at all. We was worried regards to the bad reviews before we came out but hand on heart we will absolutely come back. Entertainment, location, food, sunbeds, cleanliness just everything was fine. We really couldn’t complain about anything. Highly recommend and do not let bad reviews put you off. Staff are all lovely and recommend the shop Morrisons out the front, not too pricey and the couple who own it are lovely. Location is great for beach and centre of armatulan also.

Room was disgusting, all floors filthy, freezer, cooker hobs were broken, no working lights in bedroom or toilet. Toiletries from previous guests still in bathroom, razorz, shampoo and spongues in shower. Womans underwear found under the bed .the aircon that we paid a fortune for blew out hot air on all settings.the small double bed mattress was broken, springs on one half had completely gone, u could feel the bed base on your back.Room was brushed once, and bed changed twice in 2 weeks, they didnt even.change pillow cases. The cleaner wanted 200 lira to mop the floor. Babys travel cot collapsed while she was in it, they took it away and came bk latsr with the same exact bed and the same happened again, they eventualy gave us a diff one.. Windows were plastic and didnt keep sound out so jt was very noisey, could hear ppls conversations on the street. We had to book another hotel for a few days to get away from this, we couldnt afford to stay away completely or we would have. The ppl on reception were useless, just kept saying well get it sorted but never did. They attempted to add stuff onto my mrs bill by the pool on 3 seperate occasions and got angry when telling them that theyre wrong, we write everything down to avoid this as its common in marmaris the past few years. The toaster tripped the electrics, The kids softplay is disgusting, it doesnt get cleaned at all ever. The colour of the balls in the ball pool is shocking, covered in thick black dirt. My socks were black within 2 min of walking on it.. Pool area seemed ok, food looked not bad. Location was not bad, close to artmulan *****
