Very friendly, but that alone is not enough. Some errors caused it to leave a day early.
It doesn't seem to me that those responsible for the space are aware of the condition of the place. Even though I tried to devalue some situations, I didn't feel at all comfortable in a space with a shared bathroom/shower and no lock. Without a soap!
Dirty and with sheets that were crumpled and were no longer white, towels that were dingy from lack of bleach!
The photos have nothing to do with reality.
Breakfast very weak.
Unfortunately this is the first time I have made a complaint for this reason.
I hope they improve in the future as I believe that it is not the customers who should point out what is wrong when they spend the night in someone else's 'house'. Those responsible should naturally take this care.

It is very accommodating. The staff were cet friendly and help me a lot. I wish i can give it a higher score. I was a bit sceptical at first but they exceeded my expectations.
