Decent hotel. The suite is well equipped but poorly soundproofed. We were unable to sleep properly due to the noise from the neighbors until 3am.
Breakfast OK but mediocre buffet restaurant.

Un endroit absolument magnifique où chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour offrir une expérience inoubliable. Le service est impeccable, toujours à la hauteur des attentes, avec une équipe professionnelle et chaleureuse. Un immense merci à monsieur simo c un chef de rang le serveur dokali top top et professionnel à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil exceptionnel et leur dévouement à rendre chaque moment unique. Hate to say it - but very underwhelmed!
I don’t know how this place is a 5 star hotel. Apart from the staff (who were pleasant) it’s really nothing special. The biggest problem by far, is the food. Everywhere in Morocco the food was fantastic. This place boasts 4 dining areas and one is under construction, the second is a pool bar, the 3rd is a Smokey ‘jazz’ bar - with no tables for dining and the last wasn’t even open. So I had to order room service which was pretty lousy - felt like cruise ship room service.
I hate to be negative - I rarely leave negative reviews - but this place was super disappointing!
P.S - get your own taxi. Their airport shuttle is way too expensive for such a short ride

Gealtertes Hotel mit mittlerem Service!
Meiner Meinung nach keine 5 Sterne für diese Hotel. Alte Möbel, Bäder teilweise stark verkalkt.
Transfer über Hotel vom Flughafen zum Hotel gebucht, über 1,5 Stunden gewartet, angeblich hätte mich Fahrer nicht gefunden obwohl ich am ab gemachten Treffpunkt war. Dann mit Taxi gefahren. Nächstes Mal nehme ich ein anderes HOTEL!
