Staff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.

It is a nice hotel, as expected from a Nobu, overall a good experience with a nice suite, a happening rooftop area. The pool on the rooftop is more of a water body along the eatery and the pool at the ground floor is again more of a water body along with where they serve breakfast. However, I should say that small basic help from the concierge/reception desk was not offered when I requested them to call the airport on my behalf for my missing luggage. They insisted that I need to go back to the airport myself, which of course I would and I did, but then to not do as little as make calls and speak to them in the local language at the Marrakesh Airport, was not something that is expected from the class of a hotel where Nobu belongs. Nice building, well dressed people etc is fine, but then not willing to do the simplest of things, even if just for the satisfaction of the guest, is not really what "Nobu" stands for.

My wife and I had wonderful experience at the Nobu Marrakesh hotel… The hotel set up and decor was aesthetically pleasing. The Nobu restaurant food and ambience was very lovely. The roof top is a must do especially during the weekends with their dazzling entertainment and shows. The spa was equally a pampering experience… Lastly and more importantly, The front of the house manager of the hotel a gentleman called Mehdi, was exceptionally professional and helpful. He made us feel at home and was always there to ensure our experience at the hotel was exceptional… The Conceige team were equally of immense help particularly Jamal… All in all, it was an amazing experience. We look forward to returning to the wonderful city of Marrakesh soon and of course to our next stay at the Nobu hotel. Ibrahim - From Nigeria

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Restaurants lückenlos zu empfehlen. Von diesem Service und der Freundlichkeit kann man in Deutschland nur träumen. So sollte es sein. Kleine Fehler gab es bei den Restaurantreservierungen welche aber unkompliziert und mit echtem Bedauern behoben wurden. Mit der Musik auf dem Roof Top muss man allerdings klar kommen. Deutlich zu laut, keine Unterhaltung möglich und durch den eintönigen Rhythmus daher schnell nervig. Wenn wieder Marrakech dann wieder dieses Hotel

Pros: - location - lobby - staff - room size - mattress - pillow - closet size - pool - rooftop Can’t think of anything negative to say, but if I had to point out something, then I’d probably say the following could be improved. - air conditioning - elevator speed - shower water pressure
