We found a cockroach in our bathroom, other things are good.

Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways.

Nice solid hotel. The location is good as well quiet and the staff very friendly & helpful.

For a quick stay or business stay I like it All is correct, except one thing I recommend to be improved is the breakfast …. I really find nothing to eat especially I don’t take sweet stuff in the morning

Hotel not very clean, rooms are not cleaned every day, swimming pool not heated. The breakfast service is not extraordinary.

Cleanliness level 0!! The sheets not changed during my stay of 12 DAYS !! Dirty towels. We have to ask ourselves for toilet paper and towels. When we receive them they are punctured or stained. Staff overwhelmed when it comes to doing their jobs. Canteen food level 0 renewal for long stay AVOID. The hotel itself is not clean. TOURIST TRAP.
