Ne vous fiez pas au Hall d'entrée, attendez d'être dans votre chambre, c'est vraiment malpropre, les salles de bain sont sales, lingerie jaune, drap jaune, pas confortable. Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre et ce n'était pas mieux. Le buffet médiocre, pas de choix et il n'y avait rien de chaud

Our first room had a tub that would not drain and a toilet that did not flush. Management agreed to move us for our second night. The AC in the new room doesn’t work and the door has difficulty locking. We asked for a safe and were told it would be brought right up. 3 additional enquiries and 2 hours for that to happen. Fridges didn’t work in either room. Recepticals with bare exposed wires in both rooms.

Te cobran por 4 estrellas cuando en España no pasaría de 2, RUIDOSO , sucio, el servicio de recepción es espantoso, nada de simpatía, un trato casi vejatorio, ningún interés en solucionar los problemas debido al idioma, al llegar nos tuvieron 2 horas esperando , ya que según ello no tenían habitaciones hasta las 15:00 , en España hacen lo imposible por acomodarte como sea , uno de los días nos dejaron sin comer por un error suyo ya que decían que no teníamos contratada la comida, desde el restaurante nos enviaban a recepción, desde recepción nos decían que fuéramos al restaurante , un caos , es como si fueran diferentes empresas y cada uno echara la responsabilidad al otro. Lamentable, si te gusta el riesgo te lo aconsejo.
