It’s an old Riad but it’s very beautiful inside. The staffs are friendly and helpful! Dinners are incredible! You can tell the chefs have hearts on food. We had a really great time here.

When I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes. It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip. When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly. The man is very kind. The accommodation was very pretty and nice. Breakfast was good too

This riad is very beautiful and the hospitality is good. One problem is that the riad is located at the end of a complicated alley near Huna Square. Once you go out to the souk, I think it will be difficult to return on your own. Dinner at the hotel was very delicious and the rooftop was also nice.

Booked as part of package holiday. Second Morocco trip we thought we stay at central of Marrakech. Around 12 mins walk from Jemma el fna i think it is around the further end from medina - taxi will drop to the nearest drivable access, usually they would offer to guide to riad but do prepare to tip. After 9pm probably not safest to walk on your own because of the usual scene of tips seekers taking advantage (certain days certain souk gates are shut so google map wont pick up on this.) Don’t expect too much from the restaurant menu but definitely recommend their lamb tagine!
Response from Property: Merci pour votre avis. the riad is acces since 24 years ago and all guest order the private transfert by our private driver. Give a tip to the man who carry your luggages where is the problem to be kind and say thank you? no cars drive in the old town and all guest appreciate that . and discover a nice staff and quiet and cosy riad where you seem like at your house . dont book transfert via internet it is recommend to order private transfert by our private driver ..All is safe in medina and all video surveillance , and the taxi from airport try to get more money is for that all our guest order by mail our private transfert dear .Hope you will come back happy you appreciate "beautiful moroccan riad cosy" king regards

Very much enjoyed being in this beautiful Riad which is tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly and warm. This Riad is an oasis of peace and tucked away so my suggestion is to organise an airport transfer with hotel directly as they will take you to their door. We had dinner by the pool which was lovely and very peaceful. Breakfast on the roof top was also something we looked forward every day. I would def go back.

A lovely riad in the heart of the medina, a beautiful and calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Ignore the negative reviews. Yes you have to walk through windy passage ways to get to the riad, no different to the other riads we have stayed at in the medina. The passage ways are lit day and night and not once did we feel unsafe as another reviewer has claimed. You do need to get the riad to organise transfer from the airport as cars can’t drive to it, you’re then accompanied by the driver to the front door helping with the luggage; worth the extra MAD or two. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The cooking lesson by the lovely cook in the riad kitchen was a joy and eating the food we had made for lunch on the roof terrace was the icing on the cake! We had little interaction with Sylvia apart from smiling and welcoming hellos, so I’m not sure what people are complaining about!
Response from Property: Dear Annie thank a lot for your time for your beautiful review. it was amazing to receive you me Sylvie and my staff so happy you appreciate all. hope to welcoming you again and thanks a lot for your nice picture of the riad king regards sylvie

Stayed at this riad for my first ever trip to Marrakech with my friends. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and safe - specially Sufiyyan and Khalid who were there to answer all our questions/requests, made sure we knew our routes, gave us advice when needed and generally made us (a group of young girls) feel extremely safe. They also arranged taxis for us and negotiated prices. My overall experience with this beautiful riad was very positive and thats all because of the staff. Sylvie was also kind and answered our questions via email prior to our visit and printed our boarding passes so we would not be charged at the airport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

We returned from the Riad last night with our children after a 4 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a Traditional stay in Marrakech to give our children the opportunity to see the county and experience it properly. The Riad is in a great location, it can be very confusing at first trying to navigate but it’s all part of the experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was predominantly bread which isn’t for me but there was always fruit and yogurt and plenty of coffee to start your day. The rooms were cleaned daily, obviously it is not a modern hotel so you do need to bare this in mind but it is charming, traditional and a very lovely Riad. Also, once the doors are shut it is so quite which we found amazing. Slept well every night. I would advise doing some research or checking with your holiday agent regarding the city tax. We had a slight issue but this was sorted. Marrakesh itself is very busy. If you choose to take children, keep to the right when walking as there are bikes and scooters constantly, the souks can seem a little intimidating at first but you do get used to it. There are monkeys in the square which are very cute but if they jump on you and you take a picture (which they insist you do) be prepared to pay. They demanded 200 but we gave less and it did frighten the children a little as it was quite intense. We would definitely return to Marrakesh, it was a whole different world and some much to do and see. Thank you for our stay.

A tired riad. The owner was stressed, and whenever we had any questions, seemed too busy to answer them. Made mistakes with bookings, we couldn't find the taxi at the airport, and she wouldn't give us the drivers number. Tried to upsell everything even after i repeatedly said i had organised everything i wanted to do myself. The bed was confortable, and apart from the owner the other staff were kind, and helpful, if very disorganised. The website says children are welcome, but no kettle in the bedroom, charged 25 dollars for a cot a night etc etc. The restaurant was deserted, im sure the only people that use the restaurant are sporadic guests when they arrive, but the website makes it sound like a 5* restaurant. We ordered a simple lunch of a salad and an omlette, it took 1.5 hours to arrive. The bathroom had mould in it, the spa was tired and didnt have any permanent staff, the masseuse didn't know about the massages on their menu. Generally a disappointment, but if everywhere else is fully booked, this will do.

This accommodation has to be the worst place to be. Very dirty, and smelly. The food is nothing to write home about. There are flies everywhere, there was hair in the drinks. The manager is very unprofessional and has no sense of customer relation. Please don’t fall for the pictures you see on their page, they are edited. The place is an eye sore, nothing to write home about.

The worst Riad you can stay in Marrakesh. This has to be the worst accommodation to stay in, not even befitting to a rat. Very dirty, had the nastiest smell, very bad customer service from the manager slyvie( rude, condescending, selfish, unprofessional, unbothered). Myself and my friends booked a 4 day stay in this riad and we were treated so poorly that we contemplated returning back to England that very day. I will upload pictures of the rooms we were expected to stay in . THE PICTURES UPLOADED ON TRIP ADVISOR IS NOTHING COMPARED TO REALITY. I fell from the staircase just right beside her office and she didn’t bother to come check who fell, her staffs who were in the kitchen father away came to my rescue Instead. We were given already used toiletries, wrapped in an old scrumbled nylon, the toilet paper was used. Slyvie is the worst manager ever, I hope people take this review serious and don’t bother spending their hard earned coins in that shamble called a riad. And I also pray slyvie gets treated the way we were treated in a land you know no one. I could go on and on about our bad experience here.
