Mauvaise expérience de deux jours.... Accueil irrespectueux de la part du réceptionniste Menu proposé au petit déjeuner est maigre et très médiocre. Si vous demandez une omelette, on vous sert un oeuf orphelin cuit au milieu d'une assiette.... Consigne de la direction : un œuf par client. Une chasse d'eau qui coulait toute la nuit et malgré la réclamation, l'intervention est faite en fin de journée du lendemain. Chambre non refaite qu'après réclamation à 17:00. La deuxième chambre n'a pas eu cette chance malgré les relances.... Et on nous dit que la Housse keeping a fini sa journée. Pas de parking si vous êtes motorisé.... Il faut subir l'humour du gardien de nuit dans la rue.... Il faut compter 2€ par nuit. J'efface de mon répertoire de lieu à recommander ou visiter, il y a d'autres lieux charmants à des prix équivalents si ce n'est pas moins.

Very disappointed! Disrespectful staff and absent managers. Excellent trip to Morocco with very nice human encounters and magnificent discoveries. Unfortunately the stay in this hotel left us with a bitter taste! I strongly advise against it.

Hotel très sympa à gueliz Bien situé près du carré éden et du MC do derrière la avenue centrale cham re très spacieuse le personnel à l accueil est formidable et surtout à l écoute le petit déjeuner est bon le servie à des choses à revoir mais c est familial je recommande cet établissent à 90% J'y retournerais
