The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel transcends you into a fairytale oasis away from the heat and the city’s hustle and bustle.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel is very small in the old city, so you can feel the local customs. The photos are very photogenic and unique, you can book a night to experience it. The facilities should not be compared with five-star hotels, and the service staff also try their best to serve

Amazing hotel. Staff was super amazing and every detail is thoughtful with regards to amenities in the room. It was magical hotel visually. The decor and design is breathtaking. Can’t wait to get back. The breakfast was delicious and the people were over the top kind.

Stunning hotel ! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food and drinks exceeds the standard you would normally expect from a 5 star hotel along with the service. Perfect location and setting. Roof top bar perfect for eating and drinking along with a spot of sunbathing at the back where sun beds and chairs provided

After extensive research, chose this property and was not disappointed. The service is incredible, the staff are friendly, the rooftop bar is amazing and the breakfast was excellent. Loved the five different Riads, and the location of La Sultana.

Exceptional stay in the most authentic atmosphere that truly transported us to a different world. Location is tucked away in a bustling part of Marrakech, truly a hidden gem that provided an escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The comfort features in our room were a perfect way to unwind and relax with some added modern features yet attention to Moroccan design throughout the hotel and our room made us feel like living in a work of art. Lastly, the friendly staff, genuine smiles make it a true gem that deserves all the praise it receives.

What a fabulous hidden gem! The location, the entire establishement, and the friendly, helpful professional staff made this an unforgettable positive experience. La Sultana is hidden in the old walls of the city. Leaving the bustling busy streets of the Kasba district, we entered a serene historic inner sanctum where the comfortable furnishings, and historic Morrocan artefacts lavishly decorate the interior. We enjoyed fabulous evening meals in the restaurant by the pool, with subdued lighting and a local musician, which created an intimate, special environment. The rooftop bar served wonderful lighter tapas at lunch and evenings where the flora and forna create secluded areas contrasted by a blue sky. My wife enjoyed the spa, and I learned to cook a tagine! The only trouble is that the hotel was so good, we were reluctant to leave to explore the city! At the risk of repeating myself, the polite, professional staff throughout the entire establishment made this experience probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in!

La Sultana is a gorgeous, luxurious, and peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling Marrakech center. You wouldn't know it, as it very quiet. The property is absolutely stunning. You can spend the entire day walking around the hotel and its charming and romantic coves admiring the design and artwork. The rooms are stunningly beautiful (albeit it a bit on the smaller side) and include every luxurious amenity you would expect, like delicious toiletries and Dyson hair dryers. The beds are sumptuous with beautiful linens. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous. The service is very personalized and intimate. Since it is a smaller boutique hotel, you are treated with extra care and attention. The staff is very warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel can also assist expedite your check-in at the airport. Upon checkout, we were given delicious Madeline cookies to enjoy on the road and beautiful leather tags with the hotel's branding. Special thanks to the amazing Saida, who warmly welcomed us, made our stay absolutely pleasurable, and ensured we got to the airport gate without issue! Second visit to this enchanting restaurant and as memorable and magical experience as the first time. Recommend you arrive early for sunset drinks on the roof terrace. Food is fine dining Moroccan style. Don’t miss the Moroccan salads selection and Pigeon Pastilla for starters. All the tagines are delicious. The staff are superb. Welcoming and enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about their food. Redouane and his team really looked after us and made our last night in Marrakech special.

The service here is beyond anything that I’ve experienced and I travel A LOT! The staff is attentive and caring. I went with my two adult daughters to celebrate my 60th birthday and we were treated like royalty! Take their cooking class and Hammam experience. You will not regret it!
