really friendly staff, the place is magnificent and authentic. it is very clean and very neat. the breakfast is so good and plentiful! I highly recommend for people who like warm and intimate places. close to everything it's really perfect!

Disappointment, not going, they have scammed me, I hired the hotel with advance payment, and they charged me an extra upon arrival claiming that it had not been done completely, when I did, bad treatment, they look at you with superiority, and sometimes indifference Dirty rooms, I didn't feel comfortable or comfortable at all, total disappointment.

Very beautiful Riad in a good location but... we had privatized the place since there were 9 of us. The 1st day, returning from the souks, we wanted to rest when we heard the manager yelling at the employees (when the customers are there, it's average) the 2nd day, we were having an aperitif on the terrace with the noise drills….Another downside, some rooms do not allow you to open suitcases and put away your belongings due to lack of space..Otherwise, well eaten, nice decor, and congratulations to Mohamed (who is there day and night); as well as to Amina…

We had to stay there, our flight arrived at dawn so a friend who was there called the hotel several times but when he didn't answer the phone he personally went to the hotel to let them know, (although when you have a reservation they are the ones who usually contact interested in asking you if you need anything when you arrive, including picking you up at the airport, which we know from other friends who were there in another Ria) they were not there and I called the riad again several times by phone without getting a response. We arrived at the airport in the early morning at 1:30 a.m., and headed directly to the Riad, what was our surprise when we arrived that we were calling the bell for more than 30 minutes, the wooden door with our hand knocking, the contact phone that we could perfectly hear. It was ringing inside... and NO ONE, NO ONE opened the door for us or answered the phone. When we were already tired of not getting any answer, it would have been 2:40 in the morning, with the streets deserted, when I say deserted I mean deserted, we only came across the cats, everything was closed and nowhere to ask.... Our friend who was there (thank goodness), he accompanied us to look for a taxi and a place where we could spend the night. I say again that thanks to our friend, because at that time there was no one to ask and even less find a taxi without knowing still the city. I have to say that we did not return to this Riad, we contacted the agency the next day to cancel all the days of our reservation and we stayed in the one that hosted us that night. And they still told the agency that we had not attended... thank goodness we had photos proving it. It seems terrible to me, to have gone alone and not have any friends there at that time.
