As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

The hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off services. The service staff is warm and friendly, customer-centric, and considerate of guests. The reception staff is attentive and cultured. The hotel building is magnificent and the decoration is also very well done. The lobby and the courtyard at the entrance are very impressive, imitating the architectural style of the Quran Academy, and all the details are handmade. The room decoration is also very local. There are also two cute donkeys to play with. Worth recommending

Our stay at The Oberoi, Marrakech was nothing short of extraordinary, and it’s difficult to express just how incredible our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The attention to detail at this property is unmatched. Our room was always immaculate, thanks to the diligent room cleaning and service team, who left no stone unturned in maintaining cleanliness and comfort. Their dedication to making our stay enjoyable was evident in every interaction. One of the standout features of our stay was the WhatsApp concierge service. This was an absolute game-changer, making it incredibly easy to communicate with the staff, arrange services, and ask for recommendations at any time. The convenience and efficiency of this service added a level of luxury that we had never experienced before. Room service was equally impressive, with a varied and delectable menu that catered to all our cravings. Both of the on-site restaurants, Siniman and Tamimt, were exquisite, offering a culinary journey that was both delightful and memorable. Breakfast at the hotel was faultless, with a fantastic array of options, including pancakes specially prepared for our son, which he absolutely loved. The communal pool was another highlight, pristinely clean with attentive staff always ready to assist. The poolside food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing day by the water without having to leave our loungers. The hotel grounds are spectacular—beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, offering a serene and luxurious environment throughout our stay. We also appreciated the high standard of the cars arranged for us by the hotel, which made exploring Marrakech and the surrounding areas both comfortable and stress-free. The rooms themselves were a haven of luxury, spacious and beautifully designed, providing us with the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. We stayed at The Oberoi for an extended period, and the staff made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed, even offering to extend the menu if we had any special requests. This level of personalized service is what truly sets The Oberoi apart. A special mention must go to the donkeys, Brownie and Sugar, who added a charming touch to the grounds, much to the delight of our son. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed to stay active and relaxed during our stay. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the way the staff engaged with our 5-year-old son. The kids club was fantastic, with the staff showing genuine kindness and care, ensuring he was entertained and happy throughout our stay. The personal touches, such as knowing our names and preparing pancakes for him at breakfast, made us feel truly valued as guests. I had the pleasure of booking the 7 paintings culinary experience after finding out about it online, I can say without much of a doubt that it's one of the most pleasant dining experiences I've had in Marrakech so far. The technical aspect and story telling through out the experience is very fun and outright hilarious at times ! The dishes were all delicious well thought out. Me and my partner had a couple of firsts while tasting some of the dishes, especially one of the desserts which was unlike anything we've had before. But this experience wouldn't have been as enjoyable if it wasn't for our amazing waiters Khalid and Faysal. They have been warm helpful and extremely accomodating to say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. This meant alot for us as locals. Khalid walked us through everything, he knew all the details of the experience and went beyond that by giving us info on the property and the history of the Oberoi. Faysal drove us around and gave us an amazing tour along with Khalid which definitely inspired us to book a stay in the hopefully near future. My stay at the Oberoi Marrakech was nothing less than spectacular. I stayed there the night of my proposal and the staff there helped me plan everything from start to finish. Shohbit was especially helpful in making all the proper arrangements for me. The suite with a private pool was very comfortable and made my stay even more relaxing. I will definitely be back next time I am in Marrakech.

This property is absolutely beautiful! But most importantly what makes this property special is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming, attentive and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is not only enjoyable but memorable as well. Any time I needed anything Khalid and his team were always available and made sure my guest and I were taken care of. I highly recommend staying at the Oberoi when visiting Marrakech.

We had an amazing experience with a private dinner at the Grand Canal. Mr Khalid was our personal butler and he did an amazing job! He took care of all our needs and gave us the best experience! Fantastic food by the chefs and service by Khalid- would highly recommend!

I came here for a VIP work trip and it was my first time staying at the Oberoi Hotel. It was truly an exceptional experience! Every need I had was catered to and I was well taken care of. If I needed help with booking outside activities, expedited room service, making my stay more comfortable - the staff delivered, especially my assigned butler Khalid. He was beyond professional and went out of his way to make sure all was intact. I am so glad my first experience in Marrakech was at this hotel. I am so excited to visit in the future!

A combination of the level of service and the decor / architecture make this an absolutely exquisite place to stay. The staff are some of the most attentive and friendliest I have ever experienced. From remembering your coffee order to entertaining the kids, never having to ask for something more than once and going out of their way to accommodate you. The hotel is relatively new and has the most amazing courtyard with intricate carvings and tilings. The grounds were exquisitely maintained and entices you to stroll through them. The pool area was spacious, beautiful and clean and never felt overwhelmingly busy, with excellent service again, providing complimentary water and detox juice when you arrive each day. The kids club staff were incredible going out of their way to do activities with the kids and taking them to see the donkey and farm. The spa was quiet and clean, with a great gym and excellent massage. My only minor critique is that the food, while good, was not exceptional.

Couldn’t be a better hotel to stay at and so grateful as the hospitality , service , food ,cleanliness , ambience ,location -everything was excellent . Thank you Rohan as a super host and Shobhit for looking after the catering so well , really appreciate .Would want to visit Marrakech in future just to enjoy the property

There aren't many hotels that do this but Oberoi Marrakech took our breath away the minute we stepped foot into the lobby. I had initially been deciding between staying at La Mamounia or Oberoi Marrakech and I'm so glad we chose this hotel instead. We absolutely loved our stay here. Our deluxe room with a private terrace was simply stunning and huge, with a fantastic view. The grounds were immaculate and the architecture simply outstanding. Service was second to none. We only wish we had booked an additional night or two! Oberoi Marrakech is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at - 10/10.
