Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits au sein de l’établissement. Le personnel est top toujours au petit soin et très souriant. Nous étions logés en « Lodge Atlas » qui était sublime et très spacieux. Bien lire avant, mais les lodges ne sont pas équipés de climatisation, une évidence mais en pleine journée impossibilité d’y rester vu la chaleur avoisinant les 40 degrés. Concernant le restaurant les prix sont assez élevés pour ce qui est servi. Le petit déjeuner est très bien servi et très copieux pour le coup. Plusieurs activités sont proposés afin d’occuper les journées. Le cadre est magnifique.

I loved every moment , if you want a peaceful place to stay , in nature, and disconnect from everything … You have to stay here . Every member of staff are amazing…. Room service everyday , fresh clean bed linen and towels Pool is treated and cleaned daily Food is delicious Great activities for guests This place is wonderful ! Habitas Agafay are awesome

Sono stata con un’amica nel deserto in occasione del nostro importante compleanno, e la giornata con una notte trascorse al Caravan nel deserto di Agafay a nemmeno 45 minuti in auto da Marrakech, sono valse il viaggio. The girl was extremely slow to check us in, and we waited a long time at the hotel with incorrect information. After a while, we couldn't understand what she was saying, and there was no explanation about the place or the so-called "ceremony" that was mentioned in some reviews. They leave you next to the restaurant to wait for long hours, and then someone comes to take you to the room without any explanation as well. In the evening, we needed some help and wanted to understand the activities included in the price, but the person at the reception was only trying to sell us quad bikes and other activities outside the hotel. There was no professionalism, and the experience was unexpected and disappointing. We were hoping for a good experience and welcome, as our friends told us they had last year, but none of that happened.

A quiet place, especially during this period, with delicious food. The girl at the restaurant was nice and helpful with us . However, the swimming pool was dirty with some trash around it. The receptionist was rude and pushy about purchasing activities. This happened before we arrived, as we were given the number of an activity provider over the phone who tried to scam us by asking for outrageous prices €30 for camels and €250 for a hot air balloon dinner with show 75€ per person taxi from hotel to city 70€ and he ask payment by cash . We wanted activities through the hotel, but an employee told us it was better with the service provider and at a reasonable price, but it was the opposite, so we didn’t buy anything. When we arrived, the same person kept asking if we wanted activities and insisted every time. We don’t like this approach and felt uncomfortable with him. He should change his behavior towards customers. When we want something, we’ll ask without being pressured or having the atmosphere ruined. On the other hand, the girl was kind to us. When we were leaving, we were complaining to her, but I don’t think she understood what we wanted, but that's okay. It’s a wonderful place, but some people ruin its reputation
