One of the best place to stay in medina. Nice and stylish, clean rooms, simple breakfast. Location also good enough, because its not that far to walk by medina from taxi (another riads can be so far and it's not comfortable to find it, especially when you have a lot of clothes). One more thing - they are really equipped with everything you need in rooms - fridge, smart-TV, hairdryer, even in single rooms. Not every riad can have it, especially with this price. Friendly and very helpful staff. Especially grateful to Hassan, he helped me with my one thousand questions đ
So, I can recommend this place. I stayed in few riads in different points of medina, and it was most comfortable place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful lush green oasis with so many trees, plants and birds. Love the 60s architecture and interior design and elegant pastel pink and green colours carried across the whole hotel. Pool really nice and very relaxing with great service. Ate in the gastronomique restaurant food was good and service excellent. Staff very warm and friendly.

We checked in in the morning, which we were very grateful to them for allowing us to do. Everyone was so kind and helpful even after we realized there was a problem with our reservation. They worked with us and never tried to charge us for the mistake even though they certainly could have (especially when it took a few days for our travel agent to fix it). The food was delicious, every single person was friendly and helpful. We also got massages at the spa and were so happy and relaxed. They even held our luggage for free for a few days while we went on an excursion. The rooms they gave us for the second half of our stay were even nicer than the first. They were in the process of filing the pool and we really enjoyed sitting out by it even though they were laying even more pretty tile (the hotel is very beautiful as it is, even nicer than the pictures). I will say the internet passwords kept expiring which was annoying, but they always gave us a new code without any issue except the minor inconvenience. We will definitely be back.

We checked in to our deluxe room, and it was a horrible stay. First off, the deluxe room building is the furthest building away from the hotel, and by the time we get to our room, the view from our balcony is of a construction site and parking lot. Our room had a particularly strong vinegar smell to it, and we asked to move rooms. We were told that every deluxe room was sold out and we would be able to move rooms the next day. Next day comes around and we didnât hear from the hotel. Every call to guest services took at least 3-5 minutes until someone answered or called back. We also came back to our hotel room unlocked, and it seemed housekeeping didnât truly close our door when they cleaned it. On our last night, the A/C didnât seem to work. We called guest services and the lady I spoke to told me that it was turned off for the whole hotel. When asked why or when will it be turned back on, she abruptly interrupts me and says Iâm transferring you to the front desk. I waited for at least 2 minutes on the phone before someone from the front desk to answer my call, and he informs me that someone will come check our A/C. We love staying at different hotels in different countries and had no issues with other hotels in Marrakech, however, our stay at Movenpick was very underwhelming and staff didnât seem to care at all. This has been a very awful experience, and hope that the hotel management can make a much better experience and improvement for others.

Superb hotel Well located and very well frequented.
Spacious room, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding.
A welcome that makes you feel at home, very kind and helpful staff.
A thought for Kenza at reception who was really adorable and attentive to the slightest request.
Very popular rooftop swimming pool.
I will go back with my eyes closed

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

GGuest UserAs very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ â- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that âpalace in the middle of the oasis experienceâ in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

Amanjena Morocco đ˛đŚ
I like this one better than the kingâs hotel. The Aman Group has always been an indicator of international luxury hotels. Itâs not the kind of gorgeous hotel that is resplendent and eye-catching when you enter it. Itâs very elegant⌠.
I like to collect beautiful hotels when I see them. I hope that I can experience them one day. I gradually found that many of the hotels I have collected belong to this group. This is the first time I stayed at Amanjena in Morocco under their umbrella. Amanjena Ruyi Tranquility...the store is as the name suggests, as soon as you walk in, you can feel the calm and relaxed feeling. All the staff are super polite (everyone), and they walk quietly...so that the guests are very comfortableâşď¸
It covers an area of ââ20 hectares but has only 40 rooms. During the stay, it is rare to see other guests with a high degree of privacy
Since I didnât have enough time to stay in Morocco this time, I chose the previous Royal Mansour Marrakech to stay for 2 nights, and this one in Amman for 1 night. After staying here, I regretted that I should turn around. It is only right to stay here for 2 nights.....đĽ˛

GGuest UserThis place is particularly good, the Chinese do not lie to the Chinese! ! When checking in, there will be mint tea and snacks to eat. The place to live is also very clean and bright. The air conditioner is very warm. It is still hot when you feel it (except that the toilet is a bit cold). The yard is very nice, very suitable for taking pictures, breakfast is delicious. The most important thing is that the people here are very good. I don't know the wifi password, so I called the front desk. A very polite gentleman came to help me lose. We left late the next day so wanted to leave our luggage here, they immediately agreed, and put our pizza in the refrigerator! When we came to get it, Miss Sister also said take your time, you can stay for a while and then leave, so I fell asleep in the yard... I heard someone talking in my ear in a daze, and opened my eyes and found that the gentleman who helped me enter the password yesterday told me that I could enter the room next to no one. Take off your shoes and sleep well on the bed. In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay! ! !
MMĂśtley NĂźFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didnât. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind thereâs not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to âfightâ for a bottle of water - especially because this isnât a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said itâs a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that Iâd had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didnât really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that Iâd received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I couldâve been told this from the start and there wouldnât have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
MMo Osmanthe hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum
GGuest UserBeautiful Riad with exceptional staff. I stayed 6 nights and was grateful for the exceptional service. There are a lot of stairs -- that's everywhere in Morocco - but the the Riad experience is worth it. It's located in the Medina close to the gate - easy to find and also easy to get a taxi at the Medina entrance. Lovely, lovely experience.
GGuest UserJust returned from a 5 night stay at Riad Fatouma in Marrakesh. The Riad is very well located and around a 10-15 minute walk to the main square, as well as other attractions and on the way there are several shops and restaurants with plenty of choice. We arrived late on the first night, but we were greeted by Iheb, who was excellent. He helped us throughout the stay, pointing out his recommendations for where we should visit and things to do. Iheb was kind and very friendly and was always happy to talk to us at anytime! The Riad was clean and tidy, and for the price has everything you need - but youâre probably hardly going to be in the room as there is so much to see in Marrakesh! Couldnât fault this place, and Iheb made the stay so much better! Iheb also gave us his contact details and said we could message/call him at any time if we needed anything which was so helpful too! Check out was at 12:00 but we didnât fly home until 17:00, and we could easily leave our luggage behind reception. The Riad is also secure with a large metal gate which is locked, and rooms are incredibly spacious. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if youâre looking for a comfortable room with great hospitality!
GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too
Excellent hotel for the money. Stunning pool area, lovely rooms and AMAZING FOOD. Drinks werenât the best quality but for the money the whole stay was exceptional. The SPA is stunning and great value! Very safe and the staff are more than friendly. 100 dirham tip at the start of the holiday and we were looked after with drink replacements the moment they were empty which was a lovely touch. We will be going back!
I rarely take the time to review but I felt some reviews were unfair. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had booked. I think most are unfair. I think people are confusing this for a 5* The prices for a couple are a little more than you would pay for a shared room in a hostel. The hotel is basic and was more than adequate for our stay. contrary to some reviews I found the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast is basic and buffet style. A selection of 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, Green tea, coffee, pastries , Cakes, juice, msemen, cereal and a microwave to warm things if you need to. The hotel is slightly further than most but perfectly accessible. 10 minutes in taxi 13-15drh in day 30dh at night ÂŁ1.5-ÂŁ3 cheap. Taxis easily flagged down on the main road opposite. language is possibly an issue as other than 1 or 2 they dont really speak english. They were upfront about pricing and whilst some things they do try charging a premium for in comparison with the shops outside they are not too dear. Like everything in Marrakesh be streetsmart, ask for clarification of charges and question any charges you feel are incorrect. I was asked to pay taxes on my checkout and I had already paid it on arrival. I questioned it and he quickly corrected his error. whether he was hustling or just made an error I dont know but he was polite and corrected himself. From the old pictures on websites and from the foyer it is obvious that this place was once quite nice. it is at present tired and needs a refurb but this is reflected in the price. This is Marrakesh, the hustle is real. do your research and book something that is appropriate for you in your budget. dont book 3 star and expect 5 star. hope this helps someone considering booking I enjoyed my stay.
