Did not live up to expectations.. Hotel staff made an effort to resolve my situation but due to a breakdown in communication the matter is still unresolved. Hopefully after discussions with my travel agent tonight the matter is resolved.

Very nice hotel,modern and clean,good size room with TV,kettle,coffee machine and safe for your more precious things.Very nice and clean bathroom with good shower.Lots of power connection and USB plugs.Great breakfast,really one of the best we had in hotels.Easy access from city center by subway,5 min walk from station.small gym is always a plus and swimming pool .helpfull and friendly staff

This place is nice for a night. Not really near anything of importance, but if needing a place to stay before heading to the airport it's ideal. Near some restaurants in a seemingly dodgy part of town. The parking is a bit odd. I got stuck in the private parking for the apartment complex next door. When going into the parking stay to the left side. There's a nice pool and dining area to relax. Rooms are of great size and comfort. Very affordable in terms of a Crowne Plaza. Very good staff, was given a free upgrade. I highly recommend.

Super clean as it’s a new hotel. It had all the necessary amenities. Both the room and the bathroom were also spacious and clean!

Clean & spacious room, nice decoration. But location is away from key attractions and old port. Breakfast is okay.

Evry thinking was perfect

The hotel is of very high standard. The price/performance ratio is also OK. Our car could not fit into the underground garage. The front desk gave us a piece of paper and let us park in the only two roadside locations. The attitude was very good.

The king-size bed, a real cocoon of comfort, ensured us nights of deep sleep, which is always appreciated after a day of sightseeing. Another strong point of the room, and not the least, is its soundproofing. We were not disturbed by any outside noise, which greatly contributed to our relaxation. It was literally perfect in terms of sound comfort, perfect for resting in complete peace. If you are looking for a spacious, well-soundproofed room that will allow you to really unwind while enjoying a chic and comfortable setting, the KING SIZE room at the Crowne Plaza Marseille is an option that I recommend without hesitation.

Located a little away from the tourist attractions, but with good transport links to the center and the train station. 5 minutes walk to the metro. New hotel. Great facilities. Discreetly elegant with designer furniture. Narrow double bed (160 cm) with top sleeping comfort. Bathroom and toilet in separate rooms (also in the standard room). Breakfast buffet not huge, but with high quality food. Overall: Highly recommended...!!!

Great hotel, very welcoming and attentive Ideally located establishment

The room has a sense of atmosphere. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the service attitude is very good. They will ask us about our housing experience when we check out. Will come again next time

Location: Take a taxi from the train station for US$20. The hotel is not far from the subway, and it takes 3 stops to get to the old town. The surrounding environment is ordinary residential buildings. The entire city of Marseille gives people no sense of security. Many shops around are closed. Hotel: The facilities are very new and clean. The only drawback is that they are too new, which causes the corridors and wardrobes to smell of formaldehyde. Service: The service attitude is very good. The price of dining in the hotel is about the same as that outside.
