The room type booked on Trip does not exist in the hotel. After requesting a change of room because I had booked a sea view and the given room did not have a sea view, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and marina.
The breakfast is very good: lots of choice and good quality products

Good quality bedding, beautiful view and location. The breakfast is very rich and there is nothing missing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. They should be a little more respectful for hotel customers, especially cleaner. Strongly leave next year! ! ! ! !

Fantastic! Very helpful smiling and professional staff especially reception. Hotel completely very new modern and clean. In a pic full place, the music from the city didn’t reach us and we had great sleep. Also great food with the good prices and at hotel on the bar down we could always order most fresh and REALLY delicious Oysters. With makes me most happy. Spa is extra but very clean and relaxing. We stayed so happy by choosing this hotel. You pay a little bit higher but not for waste. Thank you, staff, for being such professionals and keeping this place in such perfect way. We also had Coffee machine in the room.

Super hôtel, bien situé, personnel au petit soin, restaurant de l’hôtel très bon, je vous conseille le loup au amande effilé, 😋, la vue depuis le balcon de la chambre, une merveille. Petit bémol nous sommes restés coincés dans l’ascenseur qui rejoint le parking le jour du départ pdt 1/2h et impossible de joindre la réception au téléphone car il y avait du monde à l’accueil, heureusement un client de l’hôtel a insisté pour faire descendre l’ascenseur et ont à pu s’en sortir de cette manière car les techniciens viennent 1h après environ sans compter les bouchons. Mis à part ça tout était bien 👍

Points positifs : vue, personnel sympathique, très bonne literie. Points négatifs: petit déjeuner en chambre 33,90€. ( prohibitif, pas de charcuterie, jus d’orange industriel, pas d’œufs… à ce tarif cela mériterait un choix à cocher). Si vous êtes marseillais, profitez en le jeune homme de la sécurité qui soit soit disant prendre les numéros des chambres faire rentrer tout le monde. Les clients se retrouvent sans transats, quand on leur signale ils disent vouloir gérer le problème. J’ai compté pas moins de 26 personnes non clients de l’hôtel qui prennent d’assaut les transats, ils sont parfaitement organisés, s’appellent au sein même de la piscine et pour faire rentrer les copains ( il arrivent toujours pas groupe de 2 ou 3 maximum). Une honte pour la clientèle de l’hôtel qui paie pour avoir cette tranquillité.
