Wonderful hotel… Excellent location…great offer through trip.com …however, need a taxi or pleasure to walk 25 min to reach train station Marseille St Charles!

Très mauvaise expérience. À fuir !!! Nous avons déposer nos bagages en début d’après midi, notre chambre n’était pas encore disponible mais nous faisons le check in. Nous sommes revenus dans la soirée et là on nous annonce qu’il y a une fuite dans notre chambre on nous envoie dans un autre hôtel à 10 min en taxi en nous sous classant. Et j’en passe… Une honte !!! Vous trouverez beaucoup mieux au centre.

en famille ce jour c était super ! personnel super agréable ! merci à celia mais aussi et à toutes les autres membre du personnel ! la nourriture est bonne et le tiramisu et la crème brûlée sont à tomber ! bravo au cuisinier et au pâtissiers ! un seul produit halal merci mais peut être avec le temps il y en aura juste un peu plus ! le cadre est beau propre rien à voir avec le Rowling qui eux ont peut être une superbe vue mais leur nourriture rien à voir ! allez chez mama shelter sans hésitation !! a très bientôt en tout cas
