Clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, good location, free parking on the streets around the hotel (if you can find a space), around 10 minutes walking to train station.
Area around the hotel looked clean and safe.

Excellent accueil, personnel des plus aimables, confort de la literie excellent , la propreté de la salle de bain peut mieux faire.
Proximité des transports en commun et des centres commerciaux en fait un hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.

Due to poor drainage in the shower room, waste water comes out into the toilet.

The floors were dirty. The hotel was in very unsafe area to travel in. Many men on the streets smoking cigarettes just hanging out. It’s not safe for women traveling alone.

Front desk agent in the am shift was nice n friendly very helpful and courteous

Property is relatively new. Room is spacious. However, only a shower towel was provided which is not up to sanitation standards. A face towel should be provided in addition to the shower towel.

I like the  room  very  clean and  breakfast  nice  served  

Room was very hot. The WIFI was unavailable for a few hours.

Excellent reception, friendly staff, excellent bed comfort , the cleaning of the bathroom can be better done.
The nearness of public transport and shopping centres makes a hotel to be recommended without hesitation.

We booked an additional day before we arrive because we couldn’t get the room sooner that day, that wasn’t a problem because it’s the hotel policy so we only hoped for a good time. The location is good, we were close to everything so we didn’t have to walk long to get whatever we needed. However the rooms were dirty I could hear the floor squish as I walk from whatever was spilled on it. We had initially a double bed room and we asked to change it to twin beds room, at first the receptionist was kind enough to change it for us but the room only had one blanket and one towel. When we asked for a second one and mentioned that the room was a little bit dirty, the receptionist seemed irritated and said to take back the room we had originally. We did so because both rooms were dirty anyways. Plus I found a dead fly underneath the blanket.

Accueil très moyen, nous étions un groupe de 21 personnes. Certains ont eu leur chambre à 15h. Délai très long pour avoir les codes des chambres. La propreté laisse à désirer, 1 fenêtre (chambre 906) qui ne ferme pas. Nous avons passé la nuit avec une fenêtre ouverte. Nous avons demandé à l’accueil la réparation mais rien n’a été changé… 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette. Bref hôtel à fuir il doit y avoir bien mieux à M****ille.
